our room was very comfortable and clean. The facilities in the room itself were excellent. There is a cafe/ bistro and Chinese restaurant onsite, with a good choice of food. We had a complimentary breakfast which was very good. Would certainly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled all of my requests without any hesitation, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about my stay was the late checkout option. We had an afternoon train to catch and they allowed us to stay in our room until we were ready to leave. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to relax and enjoy our morning without feeling rushed. We found that the WiFi service was satisfactory. Overall, I highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for a great stay. The staff was exceptional, the room was clean and comfortable, and all of my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy check-in, with automated key box for a late arrival. Request for top floor honoured without a hitch, clean and spacious room with coffee machine and outstanding rain shower. Highly effective blackout curtains. Bin in the parking lot for car rubbish. Restaurant looked amazing. Didn’t go, but looked the part. Exceptional standard of accomodation at a fair price. Would recommend to EVERYONE going to Wagga! ☺️

Hotel was fantastic. Air conditioning worked, family room extremely practical and comfortable. Well located and overall a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic also. We loved it so much we've booked again for our return journey.

The staff were exceptional. We phoned prior to use the iron available in the rooms well before normal check in time and were told it was not a problem. The manager actually walked over from 1 of the other accommodations she managed to ensure our check in went smoothly. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
