The whole experience and stay at the Crown Towers was exceptional. A special thank you to Marie duty manager. Most staff lovely and very helpful. One bad experience with a manager at TWR. However sorted out very quickly. The room and view were stunning. We have booked again in January . Was one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure at staying at

The location is superb, with great accessibility to all key areas in Perth CBD, including the shopping malls at watertown, Murray Street and Hay Street. It is also directly opposite RAC Arena which makes catching entertainment there super easy. The facilities in the hotel are great, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff are all courteous and helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Club lounge amazing, good food, relaxing atmosphere. All of the club staff amazing. Only minor criticism which is a personal choice music to loud and at times irritating. It would have been nice to have listen to the news which was being played on tvs but no sound on.

Excellent location - could drag a heavy XL luggage and still walk to the underground…close to restaurants, shops, cafes etc…bed was super comfortable with firm/soft pillows properly labelled - so thoughtful. Complimentary wine, crisps etc was a lovely welcome. Clean and loved their bath/shampoo collection.
