Beautiful location with a lovely outside terrace where you can eat. We ate there in the evening and the food was fantastic. Breakfast plentiful and friendly staff. Rooms had balconies which overlooked the mountains.

Quiet at night, staff members VERY FRIENDLY. They offered help with luggage and were very attentive. Also owner responded on my request about chek in very quickly.

The location right on the lake is breathtaking. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The early morning plunges before breakfast were delightful. Our bedroom was very comfortable. The restaurant is delicious. The breakfast (by the lake) offers many options. The entire vibe of the hotel is incredible: you feel like in a spa retreat the 1800s, with perfect good taste. Special mention for the free paddle boards and sauna. We were sorry to leave and hope to come back!

Our family room was super spacious and modern, with a good en suite bathroom. It was quiet and comfortable. There was a good storage room downstairs where we could leave our bikes securely. The hotel is well located for the Drau cycle path and the station. It's a short walk into town. We didn't use the pool because the weather wasn't great but we would have if it had been warmer!

It was everything perfect - the location, the family, the lobby with the amazing view, the breakfast, services. The pension is very good situated, the rooms were clean, fresh towels, amazing view from the balcony, good breakfast with homemade traditional things, a lot of hike tours nearby, ski resorts at 20-30 min by car, Millstätter lake and Villach also very near,~ 20km. The family Baumgartner was very friendly and kind, fulfilled every wish that we had and was very understanding. very pleasant accommodation with a great atmosphere, which is taken care of by the owner's family. Very helpful and friendly people who are happy to chat with you. I want to express my regret at the closure of the restaurant, which was exceptionally open during our stay. All the meals served were fantastic and we enjoyed them very much. It is a small hotel at a reasonable price, to which you will be happy to return.
