Good location in the middle of Trang An and Tam Coc. We rode bicycles to both locations. Staff was very helpful in planning activities to do. The pool was nice and well-maintained. Comfortable beds.

Cozy homestay run by family. The owner (both Alex and his wife) is very welcoming and helpful. Even before my arrival, they helped me with bus booking which made my life very easy. (I always received instant replies.) During my stay, they were also very helpful and always happy to assist their guests. Dinner with other guests was nice and fun too. They have friendly cats and dogs which would be a plus for animal lovers. Overall, my stay there was very pleasant. Happy that I found this homestay!

The place could have been a bit cleaner and the beds are pretty hard. Bathrooms are pretty tired as well.

Location was great. Pool was excellent and the views from the dining room are amazing. In the middle of the village and close to a bunch of places to eat and get coffee.

The host was super helpful in providing transport in and out of the property. The family dinner was both delicious and a great way to get recommendations from other guests. The location was amazing and would highly recommend renting bikes to see all the local viewpoints. Great value for money.

Everything about this place is amazing. Great location, great friendly staff and amazing food in their restaurant. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Scooters available for hire to explore around. Alex and his wife were very helpful in every aspect and very informative with the surrounding tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and available at any time for recommendations or help in organising transportation. The room and the bathroom were clean and very spacious. The homestay is in a quiet area in a small village, perfect for sleeping far from the city noise and experiencing the more "rural" Vietnam. The location allows to easily reach Trang An and Mia Cave by bike, but all other sightseeing spots were close too. The services offered are great: free bicycle, motorbike rental, swimming pool, transportation booking, laundry service (we gave it for washing in the morning and it was already returned in the afternoon), and family dinner. I absolutely recommend joining the dinner in the evening, food was amazing and varied and it is also a great way to connect with other guests and exchange travel advice. Breakfast was also great with both buffet and a la carte options (eggs/omelette, soups, rice/noodles). They have helped us book our transportation from Cat Ba and then to Sapa at a good price with drop off/pick-up directly at the homestay. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it if you plan to visit Ninh Binh area.

Room smelled and felt humid - that made us a little uncomfortable, but considering the area was not unexpected.

The staff was very helpful and friendly to us - they helped us to complete our travel/sightseeing plans for the limited time we had with tips and arrangements they made for us. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Good value for money.

A friendly welcoming small complex with a pool, great for cycling (bikes provided and free) to the lake and the pagoda trips (the only 2 main sites in the area and neither should be missed). Owner speaks good English and helped us with bus from Hanoi, and taxi to Ninh Bin station on leaving. Rooms are clean large and traditionally styled, and amenities are as listed. Evening meal with other guests is on offer and provided a very pleasant opportunity to sample home style Viet cooking. All in all highly recommended and good value.

Alec was very informative with things to do around Ninh Binh(their app for Androids came in handy). The accommodation had everything we needed and it was very quiet at night. Free use of bicycles and not far from Mua Caves.

Because of the humid weather everything was very damp in the room.

We enjoyed riding the free bicycles around Ninh Binh. It was great that there was laundry service as well and the hosts helped us booking the bus to Phong Nha. We appreciated that a lot.

Everything about my stay was perfect. Nice large room with air conditioned . The hotel has a swimming pool and offers bicycles for free which are convenient to go to many of the near by attractions. The breakfast was very good with more than 10 options to choose from. The hotel offers family dinners where guests share travel experiences while enjoying amazing meals . I recommend very much these dinners every time they are available. Alex and his wife are the best hosts. Alex runs the hotel very efficiently and his wife is in charge of gastronomy and both make a great team together
