Only issue is the lack of vegetarian options which becomes challenging for a vegan. Rest everything was fine.

The staff was quite good, specifically Mrs Sue, who helped us a lot in organizing our local travel and telling us about Hoi An. A big thank you to her.

we had an excellent 2 days here! the staff were amazing! thanks to Sue for being so helpful for us! we did a couples massage which was amazing and used bikes provided by the hotel to cycle to the town and the beach! They also organised a trip to the coconut forest for us! overall, great facilities and amazing staff

Too much plastic water bottles wastage - as per suggestion above, refillable cold water station would be better.

Such a wonderful stay with Golden Holiday - rooms were clean and nicely decorated, pool and free bikes were terrific which we used extensively,, conveniently 15 mins to the beach and town. Spa was good value and just downstairs. Having 2 lifts on the property was also a great benefits as was travelling with my 75 yo elderly mother Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and having a sofa to lounge was a bonus. We had an issue with the ac on the first evening and they went above and beyond, transferring us to another room making sure guests had a good night's sleep. Ms Dzung and Ms Sue were absolutely amazing - so welcoming, helpful and friendly, always checking in one the guests well being. My only suggestion is to offer a water refilling station in the lobby to minimise plastic (small bottles in the rooms were insufficient and very wasteful). Thanks again for a wonderful stay! The hotel was gorgeous. Our room was lovely and spacious and the pool was well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In particular, they gave us a lot of information about Hoi An and things to do when we checked in. They also helped us send a package home. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of choices. The location of the hotel was convenient as the Old Town was only a 15mins walk away. The hotel offered free use of their bikes which we used to get to the beach within 20mins. I would highly recommend staying here.

Maybe they could have kept bigger water bottles in the rooms. Two 250ml are hardly sufficient for two people.

The Property - It is located close to Old city, almost 1.5km away and beach too is nearby, approx 3km. So location is very good unless you want to stay right in the middle of old town. Best part is that the hotel offers bicycles for free. So if you are a keen cyclist, the city will be your oyster! So was to cover. The Service - Staff was extremely nice and courteous. The staff at reception took good care and were helpful in giving all information required. They spent atleast 15min at the time of check in to explain about the places in city and things to do. There was so much warmth … I loved it. If I come back ever. I will definitely stay here. The food was also good at their restaurant.

This is possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The friendly and welcoming staff were always willing to help with a smile. Moreover, they went out their way to ensure a great stay: when I told them it was my birthday, they surprised me with a birthday cake and sung for me. The breakfast tasted wonderful and included delicious vegetarian options. The excellent facilities and rooms were maintained clean everyday and had a good appearance. The pool area offered a peaceful and lovely place to relax. I strongly recommend this hotel. We even stayed one more night because we like it so much. If you are worried that the location might be too far away from the old town, don't be. With the free bikes provided from the hotel it just took us 5 minutes to reach the old town.

Golden Holiday has the best breakfast I have ever had, so many good options to choose from. The room was nice and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. Mom and I enjoyed the pool, and the free bicycles to cruise around town. Highly recommend

Recomondation to the management: - The check in process must be faster and easier. Don't let the customer work and let him fill a form online to scan a QR code. Customer doesn't want work during his vacation. - Don't let the receptionist read a full document in front of the customer with the hotel activities and opening times which he will forget after 5 minutes. Put the document into his room on the desk. At least the receptionist must give the joyce to the customer to listen or to read this document by himself. - After measuring the room size including the bath room the size was around 25m2. On Bookin.com you post 30m2. You must change this mistake because of some customers already complaint about it.

Positive: - Room had everything what you need and with a well set up - staff was overall friendly - Breakfast had a nice wide variation - restaurant was ok with a medium large menue list - price of 33 US$ for one night include breakfast is affordable - location good Additional comments: - Positive: The receptionist took my objective complaints very well and told me she will inform the management. - The hotel is older and from behind outside it looks not very well maintenanced. In the bathroom there is an issue with lime on the tiles from the water - I still would give 4.5 star rating so there is no 4.5 star I round up to 5 star.

They provided a great service, explained everything you needed to know and experience in hoi an. The breakfast has wide range of choices and all the staff provide excellent service. look for Ms. Sue, she will definitely make sure you will have a good time in Hoi An.

Ms Sue at the reception was exceptionally thorough and kind, she took the time to sit with us when we check in and provided a run through of the sites and sees within the Hoi An district. She provided recommendations and advice on the prices and made sure we were aware of intricate things like timings. Thank you Sue. The hotel massage was great too, the location they have is a separate area below the hotel, which was decorated well, air condition and smelled great, better than normal massage parlours in the area which are ppls homes
