The room itself was phenomenally clean and well supplied from Roots bath products to kitchen utensils and tools. While I did not partake, a food truck in the parking lot was a great service. Texts to my phone providing info about the food truck and inviting questions and requests was a nice, personal but not intrusive touch. Friendly staff at check in and around the property during stay. The pools were fine, not fabulous. The location was delightfully tucked away but literally every convenience within a few minutes. All for a reasonable price. I will return. Well done.

Second swimming was closed having work done which made the first one far too busy.

Excellent accomodation and grounds. Staff were very helpful. Except the hard sell but that was got passed quickly and didn't affect the stay.

Room was big, nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Located right off the main strip ( Irlo Branson HWY) and close to everything. 13 min drive from my venue ESPEN sport complex. I go here when my daughter has her cheer competition and family vacation. We have been going to this resort since 2017 . I love it there

We would have preferred to stay at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms as per our booking (prepaid) as we had further reservations there.

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort is perfect, although not Club Wyndham Cypress Palms which we had booked. Room was ideal and the walk around the lake was just the way to start the day.

The hardwood floors in our room needed to be wet mopped on a more regular basis. I do not wear shoes indoors and as a result, ended up with many pairs of dirty white socks.

Quiet and very friendly staff. We like to walk, the facility is well maintained with great walking sidewalks. The location is positioned within walking distances of places to eat, grocery stores, and fresh doughnuts.

No kettle. The parking spots are too tight. The electrical plugs needed replacing as chargers would fall out. No USB charging ports. The microwave was dirty and had to clean it before we first used it.

Very roomy. Lots to do. Like being at home.

Sad to say someone was smoking weed and it came into our bathroom through the vents. Not a reflection on Club Wyndham, just some horrid individual. Coffee was very very strong.

This place was amazing and had everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the apartment, was a dream! Very clean, close to Disney and Universal. The gym was also pretty well equipped. The green area of the resort is regularly trimmed and cleaned. The area around the resort also seems pretty safe and it's close to supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, you name it!

One thing I didnt like is ,there is a one big hole on the entrance of the property ...I hit my car in it first night didnt notice it ,I luckly didnt had a flat tire ....

Just needed a snack bar for a couple of hours each day.

Clean, spacious, well equipped room in very nice property. Perfect location for driving to parks and shopping malls. Several nice restaurants within easy walk from hotel grounds.

This might have been a misundertanding on my end, but whenI booked it I thought this was a hotel, so I was expecting the room to be cleaned daily. They only clean it after the check out for the next guest. Not a bad thing per se, I'm just sayin it so the next guest is aware of this as well.

The staff was very nice, check-in and check-out was easy and fast. The beds were very comfortable.
