There are tenants above us and you can hear their footsteps, maybe a kid keep running around and keep dropping things. The water park is great but it would be awesome if the water is a bit warm. It would be difficult to stay in the water if its the weather is cold.

My least favorite part is that our room was musty and smelled of wet towels upon arrival. There was not housekeeping during our stay but it’s not a deal breaker. It was hard getting towels washcloths and extra sheets. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable in our room.

The property grounds were beautiful, clean, and well manicured. The water park was everything the kids wanted!

It was hard reaching the front desk and housekeeping by phone.

The location was good, close to everything we needed and the resort has ample amenities. We enjoyed the water park, theres also kayaking, restaurants and an arcade really didn’t have to leave the property for anything.

No room service, also no option for late check out and I was over charged for switching my room. After being told by their staff that if I book a superior suite that would include the highest floor yet I was charged. As well as when checking in we did inquire about it. Valencia needs to upgrade their cooking skills considering they are charging so much for tasteless food. The bar and grill was okay.

Pool kids splash zone not as clean as it should have been. Bathrooms were horrible. Feces on floor very dirty. Cabanas nit worth the price..come down on price.

We felt there were some KEY missing items in the kitchen…..dish soap, a kitchen towel, and a spatula. We also wish there were more blankets provided.

We liked the set up of the condos as well as the beautiful grounds and waterpark! We also LOVED the way the parking is set up. We parked so close to our room every single time.

The restaurant food was not that great and the service was slow.

Our bellman when checking in was awesome. He met us up in our room very promptly and gave us so many suggestions of how to get around and also where to eat etc. He was awesome. He was from a young guy from Puerto Rico/ N.J. Can't remember his name, but I hope he gets the credit for giving great service.

Everything had a separate cost: the arcade, the splash pad, the chairs, the pool towels, parking. At dinner one of our three meals was left completely off the ticket and then came out 30 minutes after the first meals. It was very slow in the restaurant as well with gratuity included, no one working was encouraged to actually work. The restaurant hostess told us that the breakfast buffet was on the weekend: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and insisted after we asked three times that it was also Friday morning. Turns out it was just Saturday and Sunday as we initially thought. Upon arriving to the room, there was a bag of linens tied up and left inside our room. There are no vending machines anywhere on campus and the splash pad pools close earlier than the rest of the pools but also earlier than we were took and is listed.

I do not like the random people smoking weed freely on property. The smell was very strong in some hallways and one gentleman was smoking weed right out on one of the pathways.

I enjoy being able to stay on property and my kiddos have lots to do.

The texts got to be too often. Maybe only 1 a day. The layout of the buildings was difficult to follow without more maps and directions on the walls on all the floors. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit for 5 people but only towels for 3 people. They did provide more after we asked. Not everyone wants a rain shower so an alternate showerhead would be great in the master.

The size of the unit was fabulous. I love that all my family has their own space and that we had access to laundry in the unit. The screened in balcony was a great touch. The size of the bathrooms and walk in closets was extremely generous. Gave us more room than we needed but we loved it. The multiple pools and water park provided hours of fun. I appreciated the texts to update us periodically.
