Check in was horrible, i was always the next day of EDC. Took us around 2 hours for check in. This was a last resort as our other accommodations didnt work out. Room was a little outdated, we noticed some things that were broken. Bed was a spring bed so it was not that comfortable. But we just needed a place for one night and it worked out.

Room was located at the end of the strip, where all the little small motels are at. Walking distance from the Strat.

We stayed two nights. After the first night we requested that the bathtub stopper be repaired so that I could bathe. The second night came and went with no repair. Never got any explanation why, during the three times I contacted them about the failure. I was in town for eye surgery, and was really looking forward to some soothing comfort to lessen the pain. I was very disappointed that this simple repair could not have been accomplished, along with poor communication. I liked the property in every other way.

It took FOREVER to get checked in. My plane was delayed, and so we were looking for hotels later at night, and there were not many options available. It seemed like a lot of people were checking in last minute, and looking for last minute hotel rooms. But staff remained positive and helpful.

The room was cleaner than expected. They had a lot of rooms available. They were easy to talk to on the phone. I also booked the room very last minute and past check-in, but they still worked with me.

The price says it all to the place , one the location is not the best if you want a cheap place with just a night to crash it’s perfect . Over all if you want to actually get a night rest don’t recommend the doors/walls are thin I could hear people in the hall plus next door neighbors if you know what I mean . Obviously you get a what you pay for

Privacy they kept coming in our room every day when we didn’t want them to Also does maintenance work without even a call so I did not like that and approve I should’ve wrote a report but I’m not gonna do that but I’m not the stay was all right

Smelled of weed most of the time, and the floors were a bit iffy. Check in time was pretty horrid, but I guess that's understandable as it caters to people who travel on a budget. Though, it reminds me way too much of the west side of LA.

Good location for the meetings I had. Great location if you want to visit at a budget. Pretty convenient as its close to everything you may need on a business trip. Staff were also pretty friendly.

For the entire first night I kept being awoken by a dog barking in, what I later found and saw, was the room directly below mine. I mentioned this to reception in the morning and from then on no dog barking problem so good job by the staff to sort the issue.
