I was not very pleased with the parking. Although it is free parking (which is always a plus), the spots near the building were limited. We had to park behind the shopping complex next to the hotel. Although it was well lit, I just felt a bit uneasy with my car being parked in that location. Needless to say, nothing happened to our vehicle so my worries may not mean anything to others, but I didn't like it.

The staff upon entry was friendly and checked us in quickly without any problems. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. It is located in an area that has restaurants, stores, and gas in walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, as well as a comfortable bed.

no shuttle to Disney springs. I asked someone on the phone and was told there was a shuttle which is why we stayed there but when we checked in they said there wasn't a shuttle to disney springs so that was a misunderstanding. So, we had to uber to Disney Springs...but it was easy. I just think a shuttle to Disney springs would be great because that connects you to all the parks or you can just spend the evening there.

breakfast was nice but ended at 9! that is pretty early when you are out late at Disney or Disney springs. We did like the free parking and the front desk staff greeted us all the time we walked by, and they were very friendly so kudos to the front desk people . Also, the breakfast people were very good and always resupplying and the guy serving the eggs and sausage greeted everyone and was also very friendly.

Wifi didn't work in our room, had to connect to another hotel's Wifi and that worked better from another building - Wifi is a massive factor in our stays so this was fairly disappointing. Didn't like that the hotel was at the back of a shopping centre parking lot as created a level of uneasiness with people that may be hanging around the area

Room was decent enough in size, beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast had a pretty good selection and bonus was the free shuttle to and from Disneyworld!

The AC was quite loud and at first my room had no minifridge or microwave. Didn't really miss them, but still it was a pleasant surprise to find them installed 2 days later, upon my return from a daytrip. But overall, no complaints about the stay.

Convenient location with stores and food places within walking distance. Clean room, good breakfast and the in house mini market and ATM. Friendly staff. Nice to have free shuttle service to some parks! Glutenfree muffins upon request daily at breakfast was a nice bonus.

I had to change my room as the air conditioner would not turn off and could not be turned down. Also, because an alarm was sounding 24 hours a day due to roof work. Reception told me it could not be turned off.

I would prefer maybe healthier options for breakfast. Also the pillows were very soft but that might just my preference. We did find one small cockroach in the bathroom but overall place was clean. We had some issues with opening our room doors. TV subsciption said it was expired.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious. Good location. We had a good stay overall.

Negatives: Our room was ok, dated and I was little disappointed at appearance - drawers were all fully open didn’t and wouldn’t stay closed all the way and would roll open on both dresser and fridge cabinets - which was a pain to walk by. Door lock would stick and was hard to get to shut when leaving for the day. Neighbors on both sides had same door lock issues - we were on 3rd floor. Shower not fully cleaned, had visible dirty walls. Pros: Beds were comfy, and room was nice and cold and seemed clean. Liked the coffee and tea available in Lobby at all times. Didn’t make breakfast in time either day so not sure how that was, but saw had nice ample kitchen area with lots of seating available. Staff was great, very friendly. Located in nice area with very good restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend El Patron Mexican and a New Sonny’s Bbq opening soon. Overall would stay again but would ask for a newer updated room on 1st floor.
