No microwave in the room. Only one 3 pronged outlet so difficult to charge my laptop. The room had been cleaned with strongly scented cleaners and I had to air it out for a while. The floor was sticky.

Location was great. Off the main road so it was peaceful. The property was beautiful and quiet. There were very few other tenants, which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's hot out so i get the ants want to come inside. There should be ant traps. We had to be careful about taking trash out and not leaving food out.

I liked that although our lodge (felt like a studio apt) shared a wall with another lodge, there was little to no sound disturbance between the 2 units. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Well equiped kitchen. Shower had great water pressure. Nice clean towels. Love that it really felt like a studio apt and not just a motel(couch,tv,kitchen,dining table). It was nice to be able to cook meals! Site was clean and parking was easy. The receptionist that greeted us was nice. I totally recommend this place for couples and families.

The floor was dirty like it is only vacuumed and not mopped. The lighting was in weird places.

We like the location, skating rink in the winter and the bbq area. It was nice to see the rooms in the motel part are starting to be updated.

At night there wasn’t enough lighting. The pool area was really dark and walking to our room was like walking in the dark. It would be helpful to have some solar lights on the ground and around the pool deck or fence.

I loved the aesthetics of the property. Easy to access our room and parking was literally at the door of the room. This was very helpful when loading and unloading. The room was very spacious as well. The shower was just a little too small for my family. Lastly, the bed mattress on the ful bed was comfortable however the bed frame was not. The legs must have been bent because we felt at an angle when lying down. My head was lower than my legs which made it a little comfortable to sleep.

rooms and floors are quite cold and the heater seems a bit old and we couldn’t figure out how to make it work.

Water pressure was really low in the shower, heater in bathroom did not work, bed was really hard and uncomfortable, no smart tv or dvd player. When we wanted to relax in the evening and watch a movie there were very minimal channels available for basic cable.

Came with everything we needed for our vacation, good size room for my family of 4. Came with everything you need to eat and cook with in their kitchen.

Unfortunately the shower was almost impossible to use. Water pressure sprinkled, had to refill a big cup I brought from home with water to wash off. No boardgames were available like the description mentioned. And hair dryer was broken. Never got to use.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and loved the uniqueness of the bungalow. Very cozy experience.

Bed too firm for my liking. A microwave in the room would be nice, and there is no food except a vending machine on site. (A few markets and restaurants a couple miles down the road)

Rooms have a lot of space, beautiful views. Lots of snow, ice rink a must. Staff was amazing

Sheets had stains, the heating tool more then half a day to warm the room and not very well. The TV wasn't working, good amount of the electric outlets didn't work - an update to the rooms will do wonders.

Facilities are very basic, but it's sufficient. Shower was really tight - narrow and shower head is at about 5'5" high but its clean. Could hear family in room next to us quite easily.

Rooms had been slightly refreshed and beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for us and the property had some old charm.

Great location that was nice and quiet. My cabin was very clean and well supplied with all the kitchen equipment I would need. The ice rink was an excellent amenity that I had a lot of fun using!

Location was outstanding. 5,000 feet in the forest is always a winner. Staff was professional & courteous. Only negative was you can hear parties upstairs walking and talking.

There was no hairdryer (for which I didn’t know about in advance), their was a stain on the floor and on the comforter which was a little disconcerting, and the tv didn’t have a code to access channels.
