The toilet in the room was clogged, they called maintenance. He plunged then had to snake the toilet. The toilet had extremely low water pressure and I was not offered to change rooms. The maid left a plunger for me to plunge the toilet myself The assigned ,house keeper, Galdina never cleaned our room and left a note that we didnt want service, and we were told we would have daily cleaning unless we hung Do not disturb. We were there 4 days 3 nights with a clogged toilet,no clean linen, towels or cleaning. After returning back on Friday evening, the room had not been cleaned for 2 days by the cleaner assigned to our room. I met " Brenda' who was actually getting off when she received the call that a room needed cleaning at the end of her shift. Well, BRENDA came in apologizing and provided towels made the bed and cleaned with what she had available. Brenda made sure everything was replenished and the room was sanitized When we addressed all of the issues with Laretta at check out, she was so apologetic, however I booked through 3rd party so she was unable to adjust or discount my bill. So in lieu of the great reviews.... I was absolutely disappointed. Booking.com please refund at least half of my money

The location was great. It is right on the main strip with food, shopping and even a Walmart.

It was my second stay and this time we rented two rooms for 5 people. I asked for a roll out bed and it was provided. The staff is professional and very helpful, all shifts. Also, they took my recommendation to supply instant grits, much appreciated.

The breakfast was not great for me I didn't eat but went to Walmart and bought breakfast sandwiches. I think offering instant grits, fruit cups packed in their juices, applesauce and English muffins or bagels. Location was excellent close to shopping restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again

Wifi was not working in the room. It would work by main lobby but going toward my room ithe signal would get lost. Told front desk and they could not do anything about it . Asked them if I could get a room closer to main lobby to have bettr signal but they would not chnage the room. I had to do work from laptop during this trip but could not do it staying in this hotel

Customer service was the worst. 2 of the ladies was very rude. I called for toilet paper I never received it until I went to the front before I left. I didn’t like the $100 that was taken to hold until I leave. If I knew that I would have bought cash because I didn’t want to wait 3 days to get my money back when it only took them 2seconds to take it.

The sausage biscuit was ok. Was looking for more variety. There was 2 roaches in the bathroom. The toilet was not clean. I bought my own cleaning supplies so I had to clean it myself because I didn’t want to go through the trouble of changing rooms

The exterior doors were left open for anyone to come in. The room did fully lock. The lock bar was used. There was fighting in the parking lot among people. The beds were not comfortable and things felt dirty. Upon leaving there were four police officers surrounding a car on the parking lot. Everything considered I didn't feel safe or comfortable. I was so exhausted from driving I stayed. If I had not been so tired I would have left and found another hotel room somewhere else.

My toilet wouldnt flush my hand towels were falling apart. No breakfast, cameras didn't look current. My dresser drawers would not stay closed which scared me because I would close them and they would be back open when I wake. One chair instead of a chair with ottoman in front of it to rest your feet. Some gel like substance was all over my television.

Mae the night manager and the other ladies were awesome as well, I just cant remember their names, but Mae was the best.

The worst part of our stay was that everything in the room felt damp, even with the air conditioning on. The breakfast was somewhat sparse, with only small muffins, danish and cold cereal (except for oatmeal pouches).

It was somewhat late when we checked in, but the desk person was helpful. (I did have a lot of difficulty understanding her, but not her fault). The staff in the breakfast area were very nice.
