Didn't like having bugs crawling around when lights were turned on. (Roaches and water bugs)

Wasn't by far one of the cleanest. It also has a bug problem. I had to kill a few in bathroom and around sink area and tv area.

It was a good location and a good value.

The door chain was missing, the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower curtain was too short, the sink faucet was lose and barely had any water pressure, and the phone didn't work properly.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

No coffee in room. No breakfast, understand about covid but most places provide a bag breakfast. Only 1 pot for coffee and was only able to get half cup. Twice in lobby in the morning and no staff to help me.

When checking in staff was very friendly Bed was super comfortable.

The rooms are to expensive. No one really speaks English or comprehends English which THIS IS AMERICA NOT ANOTHER COUNTRY! We speak English as our primary language!

No breakfast served even though it states its I. The deal. They only offer coffee.

There was never enough towels and washcloths. When ask would only give few at a time. Roaches in the room. Hairdryer would not work. Door had all kinds of cracks and openings which made cold air flow through the room. No plate on light switch in bathroom. Pillows are flat and outdated. The cleanest part about the whole motel was the lobby where you check in. Looks are deceiving. You would think if the lobby looks this good then wow the rooms must be great! Right? No Way!!

Not my first choice, hard to find, the driveway is getting re-done so there's hella sharp rocks, the room smelled bad, I definitely got bit by something three times, no coffee machine in room 🙄, it has room for improvement

The garbage was overflowing. The work done on the bathrooms was clearly not done by professionals. The construction workers staying there too were Rude, obnoxious and were fighting in the middle of the night, woke us up.

Great location with a lot of restaurants and a Walmart close by. It sits not far from the freeway and the staff was friendly. The price was pretty good also.

Staff was not friendly at front desk. Took long time to check in. Ask what was delay and employee didn't say but pointed at computer .Door didn't shut or open properly, AC unit had electrical short it outlet. Light switches didn't work insects such as bugs and spider in the room. Sink wouldn't drain. Tub and its walls were in need of repairs. Outlets were high on the wall so unable to charge phone 3 foot cord wasn't long enough to reach.

The room was appalling Cockroach crawling on the commode tank crud in the corners in the bathroom. No wash cloths were put out and no soap. First room that we were assigned to was not even ready the bed was turned up sideways and the room looked like it was being remodeled. We were asked to wait 20 minutes I said no we won't wait so they moved us to another room right next door as if the attended at the front desk didn't even know what rooms were available and acceptable? There was no ice bucket we had to get ice in a plastic bag that we had!! I will not stay at that Red roof again there however the one that we're staying in tonight in muscle shoals Alabama is an excellent Red roof inn!!

King size bed was good pills were good.

The room was NOT as advertised. It was dirty. The bathroom was not clean nor was the night stands or window, window sill, floor... We only had 2 thread bare towels & 2 wash cloths. No hand towels. The over stuffed mattress was set atop a hollow metal base and every time you turned over, the base would make noise. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had no cover and was absolutely filthy. There was a phone in the room but NO WHERE to Connect it, so if you needed the front desk, you had to walk down to it. The WIFI wouldn't let us hook up our phones and our laptop was in and out of service. There were also bugs in the room. BAD, BAD Stay!

The door was open before we walked into the room, Half of the lights didn’t even work, Their was no towels or wash rags in the room, The bathroom light didn’t work, When we got ready to shower we had to go to the front desk and wait extremely long for a towel and wash rag, they only gave us 2 towels and wash rags telling them we had 4 people in the room, After prepaying I was still made to give my card info. Checking out was terrible. I had to stand and wait for a while before someone came to the front desk and I was acknowledged. The gentlemen at check out was rude and refused to give me a receipt.
