How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Since I was out for personal business during the days, I didn’t use its public facilities. The room services all meet my needs.
Breakfast wasn’t included, but customers could go to the adjacent Kaiser hotel for excellent buffet type breakfast for USD $20 or so.

There are literally no facilities in the hotel besides the reception. Didn't like that they require deposits for literally everything including " adapter and umbrella " After all if you care only about the room and dont care about hotel facilities so this is highly recommended.hotel
The rooms are well designed and comfortable, the location is also good with access to everything.

The light system is a bit confusing and the garbace can could have been bigger.
Nice and friendly stuff and the rooms are very clean. No noises at night and the room was big.

It was quite far from most of the places we wanted to go, but we were aware of this upon booking. We'd take an uber and it would range from 20-30 mins away. Not bad at all! It was a shame we weren't able to try the breakfast buffet since we had a packed sched, it seemed very promising though.
The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had very helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth plus they gladly delivered on requests quickly like extra pillows and utensils for food we were eating in the room. Everyday we came back to a clean room. I even had a little cat pillow which they would position on different spots on the bed, which was cute. Upon check-out they held onto our luggage while we went out for lunch before leaving since our flight was a few hours later in the day.

The staff were not very friendly but I think this is more that they seemed understaffed and under pressure than deliberately rude. Elevators were very slow during breakfast rush so took awhile to get up/down in the mornings.
Lovely and new looking hotel. Great location within walking distance of the MRT/HSR and lots of malls and eateries around. Very comfortable rooms and beds

The lift is slow and sometimes packed. Sometimes it takes so long to get into the lift. Secondly, it is a bit pricy, i booked this hotel during promo
Location was great, 3-5 mins walk away from the mrt station. Family mart is 1-2 mins away from the hotel. There are also malls and shops nearby the hotel. Facilities, cleanliness and service are superb! This is my second time staying in this hotel !

We have found nothing to complain about.
We've been at this hotel the second time and would surely come back. It's in New Taipei but as the next metro stations are close by (10 min by foot) it is easy to reach any destination in Taipei by public transport. There is even a shuttle bus from the airport, which stops right in front of the hotel.

Since I think they used a sensor to activate the air conditioning and lighting system, it might be quite tough during summer months where it was really sweltering.
The location is very convenient, lots of transport option to get around Taipei city, quite close to airport as well since they have HSR connection to Taoyuan (approx. USD 3-4 per person per trip to Taoyuan), so that it's quite convenient if you need to travel to airport. The room is spacious and clean, while the staff is helpful. They have water refill station at each floor as well, which is great.
