Location is a bit far from city centre. It is worth missing the rush hour

The location was a bit far from the attractions (museum, baazar), and places to visit in Istanbul.

The breakfast was amazing! But a bit pricey. The fitness and spa was good 👍🏻, the staff was very helpful for all our request.

The electricity need to be checked and fixed by a professional. The drains need to be hygienic because their is a bad smell come from bathroms. It is far from city centre but not bad if you going to use uber.

High rate of room service. It should be discounted. Since you deal with most of patients and they are unable to move, room service fee should be low to allow them get the services they need withiut moving. I wasn't impressed with this.

Beautiful well decorated hotel. I got a complimentary room upgrade while checking in. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and eager to assist. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Slightly far away from the main attractions of Istanbul such as Blue Mosque etc.

It was a very lovely well-decorated hotel, with lots of amenities. The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating - a particular shout out to Gokhan!

I requested a socket adapter and they ignored me. Room service is poor at all. They asked for 150 Turkish Liras to provide me with a new one (the adapter price at market is 35 Turkish Liras). When I told them I had to have one, they said we had 400 rooms and we couldn't provide adapters for everyone. (I believe the operator can't handle this number of keys) The location is good, but Uber service is difficult. If you intend to stay at this hotel, you should rent a car. The hotel deserves a 3-star rating, nothing more.

The receptionist won’t pick up your call at night, and during the morning they will pick after the 3rd or 4th call, and after that, they either will let wait for 30 minutes or might even forget about you. The room service is not that good either, they must improve (provide full cleaning (wipe the floors, provide the kitchen complementary items, etc))

Clean and modern. You must rent/have a car if you want this hotel.

The first and most important problem is that the elevators are few and often broken, and it takes a long time to wait to get off the floors And there is a problem with some employees in the way of dealing

Pools in a very bad state, cleaning staff spoke no other language except Turkisch

Room was fully equipped - stove, dishwasher, wash-machine, air-conditioning on the bedroom and living-room. Big inner playground for children.
