This hotel is a proof that to be great hotel you do not need 5*, gold and marble all around. Great hotel is made by the owner and staff fulfilling the wishes of the customer and making the stay a memorable one. I would gladly go again! When they have seen that my mom has a problem to go up the stairs, they changed the room for free next day for 1st floor. Note: Hotel is nearby a local square full of restaurants. Don't go there. Hotel restaurant is better and way way cheaper. If you want variety and local food, turn to the direction from Hagia Sophia and enjoy small local restaurants and shops. You will not regret.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel and we couldn't be happier with our experience, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We would like to thank our staff for their hospitality during our stay. It truly was like an oasis away from home! Our room exceeded all expectations - spacious enough for two people, yet comfortable enough to feel immediately at home after a long day exploring nearby attractions. Everything inside looked brand new, as if no one had been there before us! We also appreciated how quiet it was during our stay; Even when other guests were around, noise levels were never too high, making it easy to sleep peacefully without any disturbance each night. Breakfast each morning provided us with an energizing meal; allowing us to continue until noon; Then we would regroup during our days off, spent sightseeing or relaxing by the pool. ! They also offer a variety of juices and coffee drinks to please most tastes. Overall, this hotel definitely lived up to its reputation of being amazing! Cannot recommend enough Golden sail hotel. The stuff are amazing, fresh breakfast home made served at table. Baran and the whole team were very helpfull. Hotel near bus stop Bn1 that can take to eminonu center of city, also near the tramway at the top of the hill, so location is just prrfect. It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of options of fish and meat.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Very close to seaside and 10 mins walking to Grand Bazar. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable trip!

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed! When we got there, they had a better room and gave us without charging us extra. They were always helpful, giving us useful tips about the area. The hosts treated us like family, making us feel incredibly welcome! Everyone on the staff was so friendly, and we felt really happy. Breakfast was amazingly good! They also sell the most especially orange juice—they make the best! Their restaurant is also fantastic for meals. The place itself is simple but has everything you need, and if you need something extra, I'm sure the staff will help you out. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was nice. Everything in the room was great and had everything we needed. We totally recommend this place, and we'd love to stay with them again in the future.

Location, staff, food. 1km away from Sultanahmet square in the Old City. Train station is 100m from the hotel. You need to buy Istanbulcard and then you are connected with rest of the city via, train, bus or metro.

We aboslutely love this place! The hotel itself is ordinary, you get what you pay for BUT the people make the place feel like home! Thy are so lovely and warm and are extremely helpful and sincere, food is great (we had the best fish of our lives here ), its clean, relatively cose to the main attractions and centered ar the heart of old town with lots of thrkish melodies coming from the streets.

I loved EVERYTHING

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING! Fantastic location close to bars and restaurants but not noisy at night. Although it was only20 min walk to the historical square and other attractions, it felt like a little village within the city. Really quaint and lovely Our room was a generous and very clean. The bathroom and shower were lovely and we had plenty of complimentary shampoos etc. staff regularly replaced the towels and changed the bedding Breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Plenty of fresh bread, olives, condiments, tomatoes, cucumbers, varieties of cheese and a hot portion which varied every morning, it was truly stunning and I loved the Turkish coffee too! But the best thing about this wonderful little hotel was the staff. They were the nicest and kindest people you could hope to meet and they made our stay feel very special

The visit to this wonderful city has been fabulous thanks to this hotel and its staff. The attention, kindness, dedication and good disposition of this family has made us feel at home during these eleven days. The fabulous breakfast, abundant and exquisite, truly Turkish. The location of the hotel, a ten-minute walk from Sultanhamet, and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants, and at the same time being a semi-pedestrian area, was free from car noise. The transfer to the airport back was arranged with them, punctual and professional, giving us a lot of peace of mind. In Istanbul there will be hotels with more stars, but we are sure that we have enjoyed the best and friendly hotel in the city. Teşekkürler
