No soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that is going on in the next rooms, on the corrydoor, traffic is also loud. Mattress is very slim, not comfortable.

Only one window could be opened and it was pretty stuffy / hot inside as there were roller shutters and only little curtains. Apart from the heat in the night, we had a great stay.

The rooms were accessible as a wheelchair user, only the bathroom was very small. But I got a key for an accessible bathroom on the same floor which I could use.

Good connections to the railway and bus stations and others parts of the city. Frigde in the room. Restaurant next to the reception. Nice view to Park Jordana from my room on the 4 th floor.

Only the essential communication with the staff, which wasn't so friendly and helpful. At the arrival in the room, I found some hair in one of the beds. All the facility is basic and a bit old.

It's a good deal, all was as described; the location is quite central (10-15' walk by the Rynek) and close to the Wisla stadium, where I had to go. Nice surroundings, including a big park.

Only minor - either two pillows or a more firm pillow but that is personal preference. Shower water does go all over bathroom floor. We understand it is a wet room but may need an additional floor towel.

Excellent price; good value for money. Very clean, equipped with towels, soap, warm blankets. Fridge & small dining table with two chairs. Plenty of storage. Location is excellent, close proximity to Old Town Kraków. We took scooters everywhere and you can park these right outside the accommodation. There is an iron you can borrow from reception if you need one and a snack vending machine.

The bathroom had a very little sink, that is why a lot of water get to the floor. The shower don't have the plastic door, only shower curtain, it was uncomfortable too, because the water got the floor. But all other things was ok.

I liked the hotel. It was cosy. There are all nessesery for living. The distance to the railway station nearly 2 km. The distance to the center nearly 1.5 km. I liked this place and diffenetly will book it again.

During my stay there were kids screaming and running in the coridor all the time. Very noisy. It's not a hotels fault. But you should be prepared that it's a student dormitory where people live long term, they cook in the shared kitchen in the coridor, kids can play near your door. And it can be very noisy.

Good option for one night. Simple and affortable. The room was clean. The location is pretty good, close to bus stops. You can walk to the city centre by foot.
