The breakfast was very limited & the carpets in the room wasn’t hoovered/had stains. However the rest of the room was spotless!

Great and cozy hotel in the heart of one of Krakow's historical areas. It takes about 30 min to take from the railway station to the hotel by foot and about 10-15 min to take from the hotel to the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, full of light, and equipped with all necessary stuff. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. Next time when I come to Krakow I hope this hotel will have a free room for me again. :)

The garden at the back was a little small.

Everything was very central to hotel. I especially loved the Jewish quarter with cobbled streets. Breakfast very adequate and service excellent. Special thanks to receptionist, Magdalena for all her help and assistance. She could not have done enough. I would not hesitate returning to this hotel in the future.

the hotel was placed in a very central place, it was cozy and warm in the night super close to tram station with connection to the town centre. the breakfast was more than full for me, it contained polish products for breakfast and were deliciious to try. the price was very value for money and the hotel even had a place to leave our luggages the day of the check out! the guy at the reception was more than helpful. I am super satisfied with the choice of this hotel.

Sofa was totaly inapropriate for two children to sleep there because the middle part of the extended sofa was too soft, it had no support underneath.

My room was at the side and the railway line was nearby , but even though you could hear it the times the trains ran were not an inconvenience, so I didn’t have a problem with it , but thought I would say..

Good location. Trips could be booked from reception. Very helpful . Clean rooms. First time I slept on a first night whilst away.. The lift brilliant. They had luggage storage which was brilliant . flight wasn’t until later in the day, so I was able to check out a couple more sight sees then come back and get my airport transfer. Breakfast was good a lot of choice , so tried something different everyday .. sausages 👍..

Great location, about 15 minutes steady walk to the main square. Staff very friendly and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, great shower, and very comfy beds. There is Sir con but no remote control so I can only presume its centrally controlled or you have to ask for the remote. Normally I would be bothered about this because it was hot but we were only there for the marathon so knew we'd sleep regardless. Breakfast is also very nice. Only two minor things that I won't put as negatives because it's only my thoughts; no bacon at breakfast which I miss and also no toaster which I found strange, not that we wanted ione, it just seemed strange. All in all a fantastic, clean, value fir money place to stay, with a great breakfast and staff.

We missed a mirror in a room (not bathroom, there is one of course), a little noise from trains.

Breakfast was very good, room was spacious, clean and nice. The beds were good, even the couch. Loved that we could get a room at 10am.

Thin walls, I could hear people next door, especially in the bathroom I could hear every word. Train tracks next to hotel, quite noisy but that’s hotel’s fault.

The room was clean and very nice, especially the big shower. Breakfast was good, even if it was the same for both days there was enough to choose from. The staff was friendly, shop is across the street and everything is close to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. :)
