Some funny smell. A bit confusing to locate the place. There were some cockroaches in the kitchen and weird worms in the bathroom.

The comfy couches while waiting for check in and the host is very accommodating and communicating promptly. The service desk and security guards were very friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store nearby. The Netflix and Youtube availability on the TV.

Plumbing issues in the bathroom - water takes a while to drain, and there's this constant smell coming from the bathroom like its from the pipes. Place also looked rushed to get cleaned (barely cleaned) as the bathroom floor and seat was wet upon entrance, dirty tissue used to wipe the floor left outside the trash bin and room just didn't feel or smell like it was aired out. Also safety hazard with one chairs about to collapse. I don't know what's the deal with the used slippers by the front door - were they supposed to be for us guests or the owners just left them behind? Hard to get reception down the lobby and outside the hotel. Pool closes at 6pm, and cleaners clean in the morning rendering it pointless to use before 9am?

Convenient location, gym and pool facilities large and spacious. Great great gym -maybe because noone was there most of the time - but could use more dumbbells. AC in condotel was crisp, even when overworked! OK for the price considering room size and its utilities.

The host was unresponsive most of the time, ignoring or missing messages. The sewage smell from toilet room was unbearable so the air vent was on all the time.

Could be great to have a bidet for the bathroom but other than that it was a great stay.

The property was well maintained and was cleaned when we arrived. The caretaker was very accommodating as well. The porperty has a convenience store on the first floor and is near most tourist spots via Grab.

Couldn’t get WIFI on my 5g iPhone and the signal was weak for data due to canyon effect of surrounding buildings. To get WIFI I had to either use my girlfriend’s hotspot or go to a nearby business. Signal was better from the street. Appliances such as the microwave were old. The PLDT router is for 2g. The bathroom would get wet from some plumbing issues. The bed was hard. Still it’s a good value. Worth staying

The unit was located to many restaurants, accessible to transportation and a great place for families with fur pets. The host was responsive and a great host. His unit was clean and tidy. Complete facilities and kitchen basics. Kids enjoy the huge pool. We will surely be back again. Thank you

There was a leak on the toilet bowl everytime you flush resulting in some small worms coming out and foul smell. Too many roaches crawling in the kitchen. Fridge and microwave were very filty. We were very disappointed with the room condition and should have been thoroughly clean and check first before allowing any guest to occupy.

the only downside was the studio we were in it wasnt clean. it has toys for kids but it looks cheap because of it , all cleaning supplies are scattered inside the toilet , there were dirt everywhere.

Barado yung cr onting tubig lang nagbabaha na agad. If you’re booking with 4 people they can only provide 2 small towels. The person in charge in this stay is not replying about my recent concern. Madaling masira yung kama. Pagupo palang bigla bumagsak so hindi talaga sturdy. Okay sana place kaso sana mag provide ng 4 big towels for 4 adult considering this is a staycation.
