Convenience going to airport

The place is near to airport, so convenient. The room needs update of newer linen to fit to the standards . There was no cutleries nor kitchen equipment so I wasn’t able to cook which is the reason why we booked a studio . Guests are not allowed to stay in your room even just to have coffee😂😂

The first unit that they assigned us was discussing, it was not well maintained, the kitchen smelled wasted, the pans were trashed, the showed head was broken and leaking by the tube. Luckily they handled our concern and assigned us another unit. We were told that the pool access is 5$, we thought 5 php ( we pay in php, it's the Philippines currency ?!?!! ) No, it's 250php per head and for half a day... Totally too expensive and the cool was very cold. Overall we could find something better for cheaper.

The place is beautiful, the pool is nice, the place is safe, the SM mall is at walking distance and the owner is helpful.

In the appartment the living room ( walls ) needs a touch up. Couch was marked with textmarker. WiFi didn't worked not all the time. Can be annoying if you like to watch movies. Refrigerator, door was missing for the freezer compartment. Aircon was only in the bedroom ( what is fine with me ) but wasen't more than an electric fan. Means, no cool air. Had a stay in Ozamis what I give a 5 star rating for less $

Hassle entering the Building/Place. Signing all papers and leaving all IDs. Car Park a bit far from our building. Rooms doesn't match on the post that owner did. I expected a High Floor (12th floor) as per previous pictures but we were allocated on 4th Floor, no view at all.

Cheap and Convenience to Airport. Caretaker assisted us to enter and answer all our questions.

Upon arrival there was a very bad foul smell in the hallway going to our room and after entering the room ac was off, room was semi clean, no linen or other essentials.

I would have liked hot water for the shower and kitchen sink in a modern condo. Our room had a view of the noisy freeway and we could hear the traffic through the air conditioner vent.

Gated security entrance. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming lobby and hallways. Very short walk to small ground level restaurants. Also very short walk to the pool area.

Easy check in.. Caretaker was waiting for us when we arrived. Miss Anna gave us the room tour and lil bit info about the area and building so friendly and nice.

The bed was too soft and I've had back issues because of it. The check-in process was a little too slow and complicated. The resort had requested advance information but still the verification timing was long. Probably should adopt a queue ticket system rather than mass crowding at the lobby.

I think a resort concept in the middle of the city was awesome. The wave pool was incredible and the setting was great. The facility is self-sufficient with a number of convenience shops available and the SM Bicutan Mall is just around the corner, maybe a 15min walk.

My children didn't enjoy the swimming pool since it's too crowded. 😑

The room is clean and good for at least 5 people. The security is tight which is good to avoid outsider that might enter the hotel.

The place was so big that its hard to go around the area. Getting a cab/grab early in the morning was hell!! We spent 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get a cab around this property to get us to the airport! We almost missed our flight! We did not enjoy the pool cause it was on maintenance/ cleaning day!( They should add this information so people would know before they book a stay)

Hope for a fast check in. Bed pillows is not comfortable to sleep. Needs a universal male outlet for foreign plugs. It would be nice to find a hair dryer.

well, you need to send vaccination papers even now , you are not allowed to have friends/ visitors if you don’t tell about it and they need visit card all of them , to much strict and not so much privacy + so much waiting for getting it , cause you need to call the contact person and wait.

There was a break-down in communication between the Condo owner and the Resort, so access to the swimming pool was sporadic but still appreciated.

Ate Ana and Miss Jenny took great care of us, always cleaned the room and left it feeling fresh. They left Swans made of towels on the bed as they knew I was there to propose. Great location too!

the stove didnt work power on and no adjustment and no soap to wash dishes with tv was limited and the day of check in was told hot water didn't work also the shower head kept falling so i tied it up to take showers also at night a very bad smell over comes the room from the sewer pipes

the view the people and the room was amazing the wave pool was great and getting to mall and food places was easy definitely a great place if you have kids

The traffic outside as usual, but it's normal for the city in the Philippines. If you are travelling back to the airport, make sure to leave earlier 'coz sometimes it can be difficult to get a taxi or grab.

Host was very helpful. Just need to ask more information on how you can get in faster. The rules to go inside the resort is really strict. If you are travelling with a car, make sure you ask if there is a car park. All in all, we were very satisfied. Staff were really hospitable and helpful. Definitely gonna comeback here again. Thank you very much.
