An incredible stay in an incredible place. Everything is new, everything is done with the heart, the bed even has a motion-sensored light under it so you some light in the night, and the owner serves you breakfast with a smile and a little chat. Just like it is in the movies! Efteling is a short walk away, so is a fairly big Albert Hein, walk a bit more and you’ll get to all the restaurants. The place to stay when going to Efteling!

Worth noting, you do need to go down stairs to access the bedrooms so I'm not sure if there's a wheelchair friendly entrance for those who may need it?

Marcel is a fantastic host of this B&B. Very comfy bed, really good shower, perfect location for the Efteling. Nice outdoor area for sitting in the summer with a coffee from the coffee machine provided. Superb breakfast, custom made to how you like your eggs. I have no complaints at all! I really look forward to staying again.

Rooms are down a very steep flight of outdoor steps. Not good for anyone with knee or back issues. Horrible flooring in bedroom, felt like outdoor patio carpet, unpleasant and hard on bare feet. Garden view is a stretch as you look up at a steep incline with scraggly looking ground plants. No black tea or milk supplied in shared kitchen area but…does have other options and some drinks for sale.

Lovely and clean with modern amenities and good size bed. Pleasant host. Nice bathroom, Aircon okay, outside seating. Lovely continental breakfast supplied. Close to EFTELING and a you could actually walk to it if you didn’t have a car. Close to a couple of food places and grocery shop.

we had a short stay overnight after visiting Efteling. The property is about 1km from the Efteling entrance, and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious with cleanliness highlighted. Marcel the owner was kind and helpful to guide us through floor plan and answer our questions. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable. overall I would highly recommend the stay.

There are a lot of stairs. Which is not bad but just wasn’t prepared. The Arab was also not working properly.

We went to visit Efteling and it was super close. Great walking distance with parking on site. The pottery manger is nice and accommodating. My husband loved the freshly made breakfast.

Very nice room, excellent host and good breakfast. The building in which the room is located is very new and located in a quiet residential area. The bed was good and so was the bathroom. Onsite parking. Free refrigerated water, coffee and tea. Selection of other drinks at a fair price. Generous breakfast with quality ingredients prepared at the suggested hour. Marcel, the host was very attentive.

Practical note: The property would potentially be inappropriate for disabled guests that struggle with mobility/walking due to the property being down steep stairs.

The owners were amazing, and the breakfast they make especially for you is the best we have had throughout the two weeks road trip we had. The room is very comfortable, with a private balcony. The best is that you are just 10 minutes walk from efteling, and you can leave the car in the parking.

This was the perfect place to stay and in an ideal location. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, lovely breads and croissants fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, meats, cheese and salmon. So much delicious food. I would definitely recommend staying here.
