Aircond in master bedroom was warm, and the bidet was broken. The toilet wasnt flushed when I checked in.

The location is strategic. Host was responsive. Facilities in the room are okay (kitchen supplies, washing machine but no laundry detergent, hair dryer, steam iron)

The lift facilities were not efficient. We have to wait our turn for 15 minutes sometimes. Please remove the equipment in the kid's swimming pools because my child got injured and bleeding and needs to go to the clinic for treatment.

The internet coverage was superb. The area was calm.

The location was not great - quite a long way from George Town and restaurants /shops. It was tedious walking to local cafes etc due to the layout of the property exit. No restaurant/cafe at the property

The room was spacious, light and comfortable. Washing machine was a bonus especially when travelling. The pool area was excellent and clean. The staff were always friendly.

The introductory advertisement on booking.com contains false information: "this 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a business centre." In reality, there is no "front desk" service at all. Arriving guest is expected to find the room key in a letterbox inside a humid, extremely congested "mailroom", literally bumping shoulders/backs with other residents. In our case, there was a faulty combination lock, rendering our morning departure less than ideal. Lastly, do expect 5:30am loud noise from a nearby mosque that can interrupt an otherwise good sleep.

Located on the coastline facing Malaysian mainland, the two bedroom apartment and its amenities exceed our expectation. Aircons are powerful with additional remote-controlled fans on the ceiling. Spacious refridge near the entrance, and infinity pool at 11th floor. High-flow rain shower mounted on bathroom ceiling deserves special praise. Owner is also quick to respond to queries.

It's an apartment in a building where it's not fully built. Lots of construction and noise. So if you planning to sleep in. It's not going to happen.

There are only 4 lifts they can take a while to wait for. The area does not have many halal options for food. The bathrooms were quite small.

The swimming pool, especially the infinity pool and the kids pool. It is a really nice and fun stay. The room is clean and cozy, suitable for family trips. The view from the room is very cool. I will definitely come back again next time.

My minor gripe was that the plug points in the rooms were badly placed. The master bedroom could use a side table close to the (single) plug. Though the property has good amenities, a small touch of leaving a small batch of coffee/tea would be very appreciated.

The property has two rooms and can accommodate up to 5-6 persons. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were very sufficient. There was a steam-iron, WiFi, washing machine, fridge, Smart TV, etc, which could comfortably cover a long stay. The security at the property was friendly but also thorough. Location-wise, the property is located close to major parts of the island.
