If the unit come along with washing machine, it would be better. The unit we get is quite small, never thought that there is different with the one in block B, despite we booked the 2+1 room unit. Cleaning service on the 2nd day, didn't provide new slippers.

We like the pool and environment. The staff very friendly and helpful. They attended to our problem immediately and solve it within a day. We like the facilities in the unit.

Front desk manager was great but the other front desk staff were pretty apathetic. The main suite of our room had the AC unit directly onto the bed. This meant it blew in your face all night so we couldn't sleep.

It's absolutely beautiful, the food was really good in the restaurant and we find most of the staff super helpful. The apartment was nice and spacious. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast taste so-so and there were ants in the house. No washing machine but laundry can be requested at a cost.

Location is quiet and close to Bercham, Tambun and Ipoh Garden. Beautiful scenery of hills and greenery. Large house and rooms.

If the hotel has full occupancy, the mood and environment would have been drastically different. We intentionally chose to check in on a non-school or public holiday and on a Sunday afternoon. So, whilst it was quiet and peaceful during our stay there, we cannot be sure it will be the same with a full house.

The 3-room Central suite, though a bit expensive, was well worth it. The whole family could go in. The staff at the reception, restaurant and poolside were polite, helpful and not intrusive. The jungle walkway around the lake was well maintained and a fence kept away unwanted wild animals, though we did see a family of monkeys which has gained access. Overall, a nice and pleasant interlude from the usual hotels in the city, beach or resort areas.

During check in, the access cards not programmed for me to access the floor. So, need to go back to the checkin counter. But it's no big deal. Overall, still a good place for family

During our 2nd stay the bedsheet smells so bad like foot odor. So uncomfortable. So, before we went out my husband put a note on the bed to change the bedsheet . Then only it doesnt smell anymore. There is a distinct smell also coming from the bathroom. Seems like our suite wasnt cleaned well before guest checking in.

2nd time staying at the place. Fav place for us ( me and husband) to stay due to its cozy, comfortable suites. Feels like home.

Not many vegetarian options. Room service was wrapped in plastic so the food was a bit soggy. The TV in both the bedroom and lounge room were very blown out/overexposed - we tried to fix it with the settings but not much worked.

The bed was huge and super comfy. The pool was excellent in the evening when the sun was not so strong. Incredible views. The walking path around the area is beautiful. Well equipped mini bar with complimentary drinks. The staff are very friendly.
