How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Nothing it was perfect.
We got upgraded to a better room because we wanted to check in 5 hours early. Had to pay a minor additional fee for the early checkin but we had an entire double bedroom for 2 people. Facilities were excellent and the staff was really kind and helpful.

Wi-fi doesn’t work well. There were no slippers.

There should be a receptionist. As it is apartment, there are securities sitting in each wing they don't allow guest inside when you go first time. You have to wait outside on the road till your room person comes to complete your check in formalities. When I went I called the person, he said it will take 20 mins to reach us. We all stayed on the road side with our luggages, it was so hot that time and we had a very bad time. There should be a waiting area where guests can sit. The heater was not working in one bath room, we complained about it but no action was taken, we also didn't care about it because it was working in one bathroom and we managed with it

Broken sofa at the living room. Informed the host, hopefully later they will change it.
The interior design is refreshing. The unit i stayed in was at level 37, nice nightview facing klcc.

Insufficient bathmats or even door mats. It's dangerous for older people, in case they slip and have a fall, especially after a shower. It's not expensive, I am sure the host could have afforded it.
The host's agent showed up. He was ok but it was not smooth communication due to his English language (level of understanding).

Love the cozyness of the apartment, felt so welcoming! Clean, comfy and safety is great as you'll need to use the access card when entering the building and lift access to the designated floor and common areas. Is really satisfied with it. Would stay here again. Really recommended.

Everything is fine.
The apartment is spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay. The staff really helpful although its at night time. Parking also provided. Overall very satisfying.

The host wrote the comment for himself which is not honest . He wrote exceptional without my permission. So for a new property to have 200 plus review is not accurate . The apartment is not meant for Air BnB hence the security guard is very strict and vigilant . You wont feel comfortable staying here as security guard are very hostile towards Airbnb short term stay guest . Even going out from condo need your own access card , that’s how strict it is . It will be very troublesome if you lost the access card as you only have 1 card. As it’s a luxury condo meant for long term tenant , will not stay again with the hostile security guard .

- During the day, it is very noisy since the building is still being finished - Short term rental seems not to be intended and the security guards are not very welcoming - No WiFi in the pool area - Only one key provided - Room service is minimal
Nice, new apartment with good WiFi. Shared pool facilities are wounderful and there's also nice places to work (if you don't need WiFi, that is)

Would be great if provide mirror & cupboard in all rooms. More bath mat please.
Location was walking distance, 10mins walk fr KL Sentral. Rooms were clean & comfortable as it is a brand new development.

Your host are very rude (Md Raihan) & another guy. Treating us like we're asking stay for free and no punctual the same time. Not being professional , no ethics and worst behaviour ever I've seen so far. Please have a look toward this & do follow up as well. .
The house is super comfy. Nice environment.

The kitchen needs a few more , plates, cutlery ,bowls, and it would be nice to have tea and coffee supplied.
