It is definitely a cheaper option which some may not be comfortable with. The room was comfortable but I felt a little nervous as a solo female.

The staff were really friendly and lovely, interested in chatting with me when I checked in and out. English was great. Also the location is perfect for cherry blossoms, the beach and public transport access being very central.

The hotel was crowded so the staff weren't able to clean out room each day. Fortunately they did provide new waters when we asked!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They provided heated blankets so that we would be comfortable. The room had a good amount of space and the bathroom was very clean.

It's quite far from other tourist attractions, so you have to spend longer time travelling around.

The lady who manages it was a wonderful lady. It was so great talking to her. She was helpful and very kind. The location is very close to Gwangalli Beach. Within a walking distance. It was great to be there during the Fireworks Festival. There were so many shops and restaurants around. Transport accessibility was good too.

Maybe this is a Korea thing, and we'll have to adjust, but the towels were super small. No biggie, if you needed more, there were plenty available.

There is no real check in, you just pick up the key with your name on it. Not really an issue, was just confusing after a long day travelling.

Host was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. 10 minutes from a subway station, 10 minutes from the gwangalli beach and a convenience store directly opposite. Great location and good value for money

Feed back from a traveller who wanted simply a safe trip: at night after dark, someone was banging my door so hard and shouted my name. And then suddenly the door opened and a lady rushed into the room. So scary and I couldn’t even speak. She explained she forgot to clean the room / restore water bottles/ change towels and apologized in Korean. It’s unacceptable to use the spare key and enter customer’s room without explanation or permission especially at night! On top of that, please don’t forget to make up the room.

We welcome you with excellent service and value that exceeds the price. The location is a little far from the center of Busan, but it's right between Seomyeon and Haeundae, I don't know about the system, but the floor was warm. It's not cold even in winter.

I had a wonderful experience at the Gallery Hotel. Gwangalli Beach and it’s beautiful bridge was walking distance. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help. Rose provided excellent customer service and was super friendly to me, making the trip memorable! Even the workers at the convenience store across the street were so nice :) Thank you! The door uses an actual key that I had to carry everywhere. But aside from that, everything is awesome!

The place is great! I would definitely book here again! It is so near Gwangalli! The lady at the front desk was very caring and nice. The bathroom was also spotless and looked newly renovated.

I regret to report that our recent accommodation was a source of disappointment, prompting me to caution fellow travelers. The room, while advertised to comfortably accommodate three guests, fell short of the most basic expectations. Upon arrival, we discovered that amenities had been prepared for two occupants only. This included a noticeable lack of sufficient bedding, with the last bed left bare, devoid of any linens—a situation one does not expect when booking a room for three. Additionally, the standard courtesy of providing a soap and the 3rd toothbrush was overlooked. The oversight in ensuring that the room was appropriately stocked for the number of guests reserved was not just inconvenient, but it also detracted from our overall experience. Future guests should be wary of this discrepancy and double-check with the hotel to ensure that adequate preparations are made. Also, there was no personnel to ask for help.

The room and the toilet was bigger than other hotel room in seoul at the same price. Also it was 5min walk to gwangalli beach! The owner was friendly and the room service was good too. This hotel is new to booking.com and we were hesitant to book, so we called the property and the owner were able to answer our questions
