The room was quite small. We would stay again, though.

The staff was very friendly, and the buffet breakfast with panoramic views was fantastic. We loved the made-to-order pancakes. The location was perfect for a nighttime arrival at Kansai International Airport, and very convenient for our journey to Hiroshima the next day. The train station is right there. We also appreciated the on-site convenience store. The room and property were very clean and quiet. It was a good value.

The hotel shuttle to the airport only ran from morning till mid afternoon.

Hotel was located near the train station. There is a convenience store on the lobby level which is very good if you need a snack. The onsen was spacious and great. The concept is like a airport, so there is self-serviced check-in where you scan your own passport (staff is available if you need help) and even a weighing scale at the lobby (in case you get carried away with shopping at the nearby outlet mall).

the room lightings is too dark! Free airport shuttle service is limited, and There is no information telling me to reserve airport transfer in advance.

location is good for early flight or late arrival. Also there is a 24h cash only supermarket nearby. Personally love shop and look around the local supermarkets.

It was a fairly basic room but still comfy. A microwave in the room would be great as there is a Lawsons mini mart downstairs

The onsen is amazing, really really good. Location to airport and train station is very good. Also has washing machines available for use.

Hotel no provide free cloth for sleeping. It need to pay to rent the cloth for sleeping.

The room is very big. Osaka hotel is very small, but i found this hotel room is bigger a least we have more space to do unpacking. The hotel provide free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport.

Phonic insulation is not perfect, but if you stay there, it's probably just for one night, so...

A last occasion to visit an onsen before leaving Japan is by itself a reason to visit this hotel. You won't be disappointed by dinner and breakfast either, and by the great view from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms are neither interesting nor deceiving. I've stayed at other OMO locations, and the design was more interesting. But it's more than ok for an airport hotel. Last but not least, the free shuttle service to the airport is super efficient.

The hotel is really far from Osaka city (50min in public transportation), so perfect to go to the airport but far to visit the city.

The Hotel was close to the airport and helped to be less stressful for the departure. The free shuttle is a real plus and we were at the airport in 20minutes. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. The room was really small but ok for 2 nights and clean.

Probably consider key card access to the public bath floor

Location is perfect- above the train station and within walking distance to the outlet mall. And the public bath is big that could accommodate many guests. Hotel uses a central water dispenser for guests, eliminating the need for plastic bottles!
