Great host speaks great English and also a "delight" to have conversations with! The House is nice and tidy, well-managed. Bedrooms are really cozy as well (three types of room) ! Located 2 stations away from HND airport, great place to stay for morning flights. There are plenty of restaurants nearby the station. Really enjoy my stay, and will certainly come back !

It was all good!

My stay in Tokyo was just a short 16-hour layover, so I booked Hisayo's Inn as it was conveniently located near Haneda Airport. And I'm glad I did because it was a comfortable stay with a very welcoming, kind and attentive host. I slept well and didn't have trouble using the facilities. Whilst the facilities are limited, Hisayo tries to understand all the guests plans and coordinates timings so there's not much wait, whether it be implicit or not, which I found to be quite thoughtful.

Location, facilities and cleanliness, everything is perfect with Hisayo’s Inn! It’s located in a quiet community and near Otorii station which only 5 minutes walking and only 4-5 stops away to Haneda airport. This place makes me feel like home and Hisayo is the best! She is very talkative and like a good friend sharing many things with me, next time I come again to visit Tokyo I wanna stay in Hisayo’s Inn for sure.

It’s perfect.

Hisayo ‘s Inn is perfect to stay anytime. It is attended by its owner Hisayo San, she is a very nice, adorable and helpful person. She helps you whenever you need. We arrived one day at 10 pm, she waited for us personally. In addition, she also helped us by receiving our suitcases a day before check-in. The room and facilities are very comfortable and beautiful. It is very close to Haneda airport. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect. Hisato is an angel and if you need a cozy bed and a home away from home she has got you covered! Literally the BEST hostel I've stayed at and I travel a lot. The attention to detail and thoughtful care that is taken with every visitor is simply outstanding. I will definitely be returning to visit when next I'm able to visit Japan ♡

We stayed with Hisayo only for one night but could have stayed longer if he hadn’t booked our transport to Osaka already. Hisayo is super sweet and our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean and she made sure we would get everywhere we needed to be! I would definitely recommend staying here! Especially if you fly in or out of Haneda, because it’s close to the airport. Thank you Hisayo!

I appreciate the place a lot and I really did not have a problem, but just to give an idea for other possible guests, guests ideally need to vacate the Inn from 10 am to 4 pm because this is the time they clean the room. Arrangements can be made if you need to stay so it shouldn't be a problem.

Hisayo is very friendly and attentive, it was very nice to talk to her and to feel welcomed in her Inn. The location is great as it is very near the Haneda Airport and the check in time was until midnight so this was good since my flight arrived late in the evening. The place was really nice, clean, and comfy.

If you plan on going into Tokyo proper everyday, it can take about 45-60 minutes to get to the typical places (Shibuya, etc). But it’s only two stops from Haneda and a 5 minute walk to the train station from the inn.

Incredibly kind and helpful host. Fantastic shower! Hisayo did our laundry for a very small fee. Air Conditioning was nice. Very clean. Lots of cheap, yummy eats nearby.

Hisayo’s Inn was great! Walking distance from the train station meaning I was at Haneda within 15 min from leaving the Inn. Hisayo is super kind and we had a lovely chat and she shared some good places to visit nearby. Would definitely come again!

This was by far the best experience we could ask for in Japan. Hisayo is a perfect host. She keeps the place spotless, helps guests get around Japan and takes care of you like you're family. 100% would recommend, we found our go-to place to stay when in Tokyo.

That I didn't book more nights at Hisayo's Inn!!

Hisayo-san is the absolute best! She was very communicative through the Booking messaging system and was accommodating for my arrival time, which was late evening. Her English is very good and she encouraged me to use the Japanese I studied in school and made me feel very welcome and accepeted. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find places to view the hanami (cherry blossom season). I woke up the next morning and she was already awake on her computer asking places if the blossoms had bloomed so I could see them. I was solo traveling and stayed here the last night of my trip since it was close to HND. I was feeling a bit lonely and sad that I was leaving Japan, but Hisayo-san's warm welcome to her Inn gave me comfort and brightened my mood. The Inn was very clean, had everything I needed, and overall you could feel Hisayo-san's warmth and care during your stay. I can't wait to come back!

I was very stressed when i came to the hostel, since my phone has broken and i had to find my way home on my own, but Hisayo was so extremely welcoming and helpful, and made my trip home so much less stressful. The Inn was lovely and super cozy, and felt very homey, and it was nice to be able to sit down and have a chat with Hisayo and fellow travellers. I will definitely be coming here again, am i ever to go back to Japan.

Ms. Nemoto is working very hard to make her inn home for everyone. She is willing to share her experiences and views about Tokyo, providing the first-hand infos for tourists, she might be your best guide for discovering Tokyo! The double room was very clean, air-conditioned (heater/cooler), the pillow and duvet both were comfortable. But remember, it might not be ideal for ppl with 3+ suitcases. Bathroom at ground-floor was quiet clean and tidy, equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair-dryer, laundry and even make-off liquid. Very caring for everyone's need. This inn is a 5-mins walk from Otorii (大鳥居) Station on Keikyu (京急) Airport Line, located in a bloc without noises. Drugstores like Matsumoto Kiyoshi or Tsuruha could be found nearby, chain restaurants like Matsuya or Sukiya are easily accessible, of course convenient stores like Familymart, Lawsons and 7-11 are plenty around. If you visit Tokyo via Tokyo International Airport (Haneda, HND), it would be a satisfying inn to stay and will enrich your experiences in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Great location. Only 10 mins on metro from the airport for 200Yen. Ideal for late arrival if picking up a car as car offices close at 8pm and this is a 5 min walk from Times. Owner has fluent English and is very commutative and helpful prior to arrival with transport tips. Comfortable and warm rooms. All kitchen and bathroom facilities including a hair dryer. A great way to settle in after just arriving.
