The room was above a loud restaurant with night club vibes and a front door that squeaked nonstop until about 12:30 am. Loud music played until about 11:30pm-12am. While close to the airport it really wasn't ideal to walk there despite Pisa itself being extremely walkable (eg from airport to train station). We were told you had to take a cab or public transit to get to the property but thought if we walked to the public transit we could just cross the street from there. No, you would have to buy a ticket to access the hotel without even taking the tram or walk along a busy road. There is nothing walkable from the hotel-you are trapped. Info was also outdated, for example, cab and tram prices were more expensive than hotel claimed.

For what, we wanted a fantastic location for early flights, but wouldn't be a hotel for long stay as it's sort of in the middle of no where.

Rooms beautifully decorated and very homily, the restaurant I'd a little gem. The food could be michelin star and I'm not exaggerating and so reasonably priced as well.

A great place for proximity to the airport/car hire with free car parking. Only a short distance by car to the tower (make sure you have coins for the parking meters as many would not work with a credit card) - a really busy restaurant with fabulous food and great service and by contrast the rooms above calm and peaceful, very clean, excellent shower and complimentary toiletries. A fridge available to guests. Couldn't fault it, highly recommended.

Although it is next to the airport, you need to take a taxi to get there which is quite pricey. You can also hear the guests behind the wall very clearly.

Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything we needed and had good energy. The room was comfortable, was easy to block out noise/ light from the street.

The hotel is not near the turistic area of Pisa, if you want to arrive there you need to use PISAMOVER and walk on the highway a little bit, take a taxi or have your own car, also if you are looking to sleep early you could notice some noises because the restaurant is still working at that hour. Would not recommend if you don't like this

This is a restaurant that also works as a guest house, is a great combination since the restaurant is pretty good as well. The staff is pretty kind and the rooms are pretty good equiped.

There were some awkward design choices like the placement of the heated towel rack behind the shower door.

This little inn was a refuge for us after multiple flight cancelations and much stress. It gave us peace of mind to be so close to the airport. The staff were kind and easy going. The rooms themselves were clean and modern. The bathrooms were clean, modern with plenty of hot water and good pressure. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant as our last meal in Italy. Great, affordable choice.

Due to location would have been good if bar available for drinks. Also useful to note that pisamover, while convenient, doesn't operate between midnight and 6am.

Stayed on a Friday night so it was very noisy- not an issue generally as it’s to be expected on a weekend, but I was woken up at 1.45am by lots of shouting from a woman which was a bit of a pain.

Maps told us it’s a 14 minute walk from the airport. Do not attempt this as it doesn’t take you to the location but across from the hotel with high fencing and railway lines in the way! Get a taxi.

Interesting place with some quirky interior Christmas decorations. We found the staff so enthusiastic and the evening meal was outstanding. Simple but sufficient breakfast in your room. Great facilities.

The rooms are small but comfortable. The food was good and the restaurant was very busy with lots of lovely meals to choose from. Corado was very helpful when we couldn't get the WIFI working.
