You have to accept that, besides of other guests, there’s a whole family with small kids and their pets living there too. The cats were using the stones around the pool as tray which caused a bad smell around the pool, as it wasn’t removed. Our toilet flush wasn’t working very well, which was very uncomfortable. The staff told us that it could be fixed, but nothing really happened, thus you had to use the water from the shower to flush. But - we would still come back at any time!

The rooms was very big and beautiful, air conditioning was working very well, staff were amazing and very helpful, the place was located close to beach and the main street, the pool was clean and the environment was cozy! Definitely would love to come back!

Amazing pool area. Awesome team. You can tell when the owner takes pride in their business. Always cleaning and tending to the area. Great location. Very safe and liked how well lit the bungalow outdoor area was.

Great location and a very pleasant stay close to everything on Gili Air. The beds are super comfortable, and they serve a great breakfast. Pool is perfect for an afternoon cool-down with a cold beer!

Only salt water as everywhere on Gili air, breakfast only at 8 which clashed a bit with our diving plans and some of the staff weren't too friendly or forthcoming.

Comfortable room and bed, space to hang out outside, welcome juice and good breakfast. The pool is clean. We can recommend it!

The lighting in the room itself was a bit dark. The water from the tap and the shower were salt water but apparently this is a common problem on the island. It meant we couldn’t refill our water bottles in the tap (we use purification tablets so we don’t have to buy bottled water) and had to ask for the staff to fill our bottles. They were happy to do this though. They also use plastic straws so we had to remember to ask for no straw whenever getting a drink.

The pool and the room were lovely. It was within easy walking distance of the boat and very close to the beach. The staff were great and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Wi-fi a bit in and out and annoying as i was working remotely but otherwise lovely spot if you’re on Vacay.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it here. Super close to the port makes ferry arrival / departure easy if you’re with heavy bags. The room was beautiful, super clean and chilled to perfection with AC as needed. Each bungalow had a little terrace to relax on and they have a good communal area to work from if needed. Wifi a little on / off though - but my hot spot was strong to support when down. The owners and staff are super friendly and even greeted us a lovely welcome drink. Pool is so nice to wake up to or come back to after long days in the sea. Highly recommend - super good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

AMAZING. We stayed for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The owner is the nicest person ever, she really takes care of the whole place, helping with every need. The houses are super clean, cosy, comfortable. I slept like a baby there. We had everything what we needed and we loved chilling in this place, it was a pleasure to come back there after all day of activities. 100% recommend
