How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There were no soap dispenser in bathroom and also no kettle. But we asked to provide our room with a kettle and the kettle were there in only five minutes., so that was no problem for us. The room was equipped with a refrigerator. the refrigerator was empty though.
The variety of breakfast was satisfying. The dinning room seemed to be a little bit small at the first glance, but the staff tried their best to give service to guest. The dishes were filled regularly and there were not so much waiting time for that. Our room and bathroom was really clean. The room were cleaned every day during our 3-day stay. The staff and the reception were really nice. The location of the hotel was also good, there was a metro station near the hotel, maybe 5 minute walk.

low water pressure the building needs a better sound isolation because you can hear all the customers chatting in the hallway parking 20 euro per day the neighborhood seems a little bit unsafe

Even if the location is close to the center, the street looked like it was in a bad neighborhood :) The parking is kind of expensive for a night, but if you are visiting for a weekend, the parking is free citywide.
The place was tidy and nice personel. They allow pets. Pretty close to the city center and good basic breakfast.

There was no bacon for breakfast in the days we were there.
The breakfast was good with a good variety of foods, from pastries to vegetable. The bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and has a nice hall with comfortable armchairs and couches.

Not that you go away to watch tv, but when travelling with work an English speaking general tv station would have been good. My room didn't get cleaned one day, but did the rest of the time. Shame they don't offer meals in the evening.
Loved the breakfast, the staff were very friendly, walking distance to the river area, and 2 metro lines close by

Wide range of delicious breakfast choices! The hotel is nice and modern located only a 20min walk away from the river bank and a 25 min drive from the airport. The room was spacious and clean.

It was a bit crowded on some mornings in the breakfast area, but the staff was trying their best to accommodate everyone.
The breakfast was ok. The location is close to public transport so it is easy to get anywhere. The rooms had a good size and also they provided an extra bed for my son. They have an interior parking so your car will be safe during your stay (it is an extra cost but it is worth it) All in all we had a good experience.

The hotel is very nice, room was big and clean, the location is very good, close to metro station and trams. Only one remark, if you want a quiet room ask for a room that is not facing the street. We had one on the main street, and you could hear the trams during day (we were traveling with our toddler which still takes a noon nap). The staff was nice and offered to change the room the second day, but we decided not to.

Spacious room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast included. Easy access to nearby Metro station and corner store. We walked from the hotel to the inner city sites (about 3km) and also used the metro to criss cross all over the city.when not in the mood for walking.

The room doors didn’t block out corridor noise but it didn’t go on too late. Limited hot breakfast of sausages,eggs & french toast but fruit, yogurts and bakery sufficient, my son loved the cappuccinos and hot chocolate!
Good access to public transport system; Hotel is 5 minutes walk to green line metro and 2minutes to trams and buses. Staff friendly and helpful
