The room was facing to the street on the ground floor, it was pretty noisy (especially using the second bed). Also shower head turning left all the time was quite annoying during shower :(

This is not a negative by any means, but a little inconvenient and a bit over the top for energy savings. The apartments power cuts each time you open the door to exit. Then you need to turn on the master switch when re-entering. There was 2 of us in the room, if one went out, the other had to reset the power? I thought the room was nice but lacked the personal touch to make it feel like home. The TV was so far from the bed, we had to get up closer to use the remote.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was comfortable with easy access to sights, metro, buses and restaurants. We also liked not having to carry a key or tag with us for entry. We just needed to enter the code to gain entrance. Something small, but very convenient. We were so looking forward to having access to a washing machine at our accommodation (we had been away for nearly 5 weeks). We actually thought it was in our room. It is not, it is in a little laundry room on the same level.

Nice place with cool decor. Spacious. Perfect size for my family and had everything we needed. Lots of lighting. Great location! Was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

I had a bit of a problem with the entry code but a phone call and it was quickly sorted.

The location was excellent and the particular road is quite. Maybe the only quiet road in Athens. Everything from kitchen ware and linen ware was ample. Also for more long term stayers there’s a washing/dryer machine along with washing powder and first aid kit. Also iron and ironing board.

Very good location, located in the beautiful Plaka neighborhood, close to the Acropolis, close to Syntagma square. The Ares apartment where we stayed, clean and ideal for a family of 3 people.

Our housekeeper threw out my loofah and olive oil soap. I'm still heartbroken.

The location was absolutely awesome, right next to nearly everything in Plaka. Walk out the front door and it was five minutes to Syntagma Square and the metro and not much further to the Acropolis. Communication was fast and efficient and there was a very handy guidebook as to how to behave which we were delighted that everyone followed. Hot water was plentiful and the shower lovely, also the fridge and AC amenities were very relaxing after a day of wandering around.

Our room location wasn’t very quiet. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Great location. It’s set back a block from the main area; so it was close without the chaos of staying directly in Plaka shopping zone. Keyless entry. Laundry on sight. Water and tea in room. Comfortable beds. Our unit was right by the front door so we could hear the noise of people coming and going and street noise in the morning. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. I would stay again.

Rooms were not sound proof so you could hear people in other apartments (not actually these apartments but the next door neighbours).

There was a problem with the internet and the Wi-Fi was not stable, it kept shutting down every few minutes. There was another downside I had no reception in the apartment. My phone had to be near one of the windows to get at least one bar.

The location of the apartment is perfect! It's in the city center and close to all the shops, restaurants, and the Acropolis. Plaka is a great neighborhood with excellent places to shop and go wandering. The place itself is great. Nice and clean, the Ares permanent that I stayed in was quite spacious, clean, and quiet.

For a modern place, maintenance is quite poor. Door handle to bathroom fell off, was totally broken off. Toilet seat slid off the toilet, wasn't even attached. 2 beds next to each other had different heights, wasn't comfortable to sleep next to my partner like that.

It was right in the centre of everything. Very modern, great design and spacious. No staff but very simple to understand how everything works. Questions were answered quickly and correct with lots of helpful info.

Internet is always needed to reset, otherwise it can't be get through. AC electricity needed to press the button to reconnect, Otherwise it will stop. Sound insulation is not very good. I had very morning flight and slept earlier, it was noisy outside the door. If the one-off slippers can be provided, it will be better.

Bed is comfortable. The room is big. There are 4 beds. There are many restaurants around 50-200m. It's closed with different landscapes. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen is good. There are basic salt, oil etc. and I don't need to buy new one.
