Couldn't seem to to work the air con - might have been me and technology !

We went to the roof top bar and enjoyed a lovely drink overlooking the city of Bordeaux. Enjoyed a lovely italian meal in the restaurant too - fantastic location. All staff were lovely and friendly. Rooms were great, bathrooms lovely. We had a view over the city. Would definitely stay here if ever back in Bordeaux.

- People working at the reception are not always so friendly. - Price of the breakfast! - There is no bathrobes for the swimming pool! They’re charging 5€ per person! Saying “we’re having green policy / saving water…” where it’s all about saving money on washing them! 😅

For some it may be a bit far out of the city centre, but it's only a 10(ish) minute tram ride

Great hotel, very cool and classy work massive room, stylish decor, good comfy bed, great bathroom. It's very close to Tram stop and thr City de Vin and the Halls of Bachalan, which has loads of great food and drink spots. Breakfast is nice too

Great hotel!! Nice clean room with a big shower. Breakfast was on a nice top floor restaurant with city views. Very close to the wine museum and a cool food market which we used for lunch and afternoon drinks. Gym and pool were a nice to have as well.

Breakfast! Compared to the rest of the experience, we were quite disappointed that we couldn’t find any fresh vegetables, not even a mini tomato or a slice of cucumber, nor any fresh fruits served, only some boring fruit salad from a tin. I still gave 10 points as the rest of the experience was so nice….

Great location, easy access by car (parking literally next door, with special rate), city centre easy to reach by tram, once we even had a nice walk home along the river…Pool is also nice to relax a bit in the evening (open till 11pm!, really client-friendly). Room was big and comfortable.

Room was super comfortable, location perfect for Tram access to centre ville. Everyone was very kind and genuine. The breakfast had everything you could hope for. The pool was a great bonus. My son was super happy with everything.

Nothing to complain about except for., Hot buffet breakfast was very poor, cold and not fresh at 9.30am for 22euro each was unacceptable.

I was anticipating a room with a direct view of the lake, as suggested during booking. However, upon arrival, the view was not as expected. Although the staff made efforts to accommodate my request for a room with a better view, the options provided did not significantly differ from the initial room. Additionally, the room I had booked for its lake view was already occupied. Therefore, I kindly request that Booking.com specifies the actual view of the room in future bookings to avoid any misconceptions. Despite this, our stay on the third floor was enjoyable overall. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be beneficial to include slippers in the bathroom amenities, especially for a four-star hotel.

We loved our stay! It was my partners birthday and the staff had decorated our room! Super friendly staff with excellent service. Room was spacious and comfortable. The place was quiet as it has sound proof walls. Great view of the local area and the wine museum from our window.

Breakfast was too expensive in the Hotel, so we went to the nearby Food Hall (Les Halles Bacalan), immediately next to the Hotel, which was excellent and interesting. We also ate there one night. It had a good atmosphere and seemed to be full of locals. Bassins des Lumieres (think Europes version of the Sphere) was the highlight of our trip and is about 30 mins walk away.

The breakfast finished too early, all the food has been carried away at exactly the end and there was not a possibility to sit for a while end enjoy.

The hotel has a modern design and is perfectly located next to a big food court, and the wine museum. The pool was great with an outstanding view overlooking the river and the city. The employees were always nice, friendly and helpful.
