We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Lovely location on the edge of the Vosges. Family run hotel that were so helpful and friendly. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Restaurant was superb and very reasonable. Free onsite parking. Would love to come back and stay longer.

NetherlandsIf there would be one little thing to mention: I missed a separare shower. A shower head in a bathtub is not a real shower and makes the bathroom a swimming pool.
Fantastic food in the restaurant! Comfortable and spacious room, and friendly staff. Everything you would expect from a stay for this price level, but this place meets (and even exceeds) the expectations.

A lot of money has been spent and it is very lean and modern in an old building. There is a terrace for drinks and meals. It is dog friendly and has a large area to walk them in

Switzerlandit was a bit cold in October in the room during the day although heating was switched on during the night. The sound protection isn't enought there, we were lucky to have quiet neighbours but heard them coming in and going out of their rooms as if they were coming and going in/out our room.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the room is perfectly clean and relatively big, the parking outside is convenient and very close. the hotel is in 10-15 minutes driving distance to Lalique museum. The restaurant is outstanding!

BelgiumWe were a group of 8 friends and we booked a table to eat at the hotel. The service was awful (one of the waiters very rude) and they never took care of us. We had to ask for the menu, the drinks, desserts etc any table coming after we did were served before us. They did not pay attention at all of our needs, it’s like they were upset from the beginning for no reason. Another waiter was very nice and attentive but that was not always the case with the others.. it’s pity because the experience could have been way better. If the service during diner would have been better I would have given 10/10 as everything else was nice.
At the reception the woman was very friendly and helpful. You could see that she likes her job and she was happy to see the clients. The room was big and very very clean, we were happily surprised. Everything was nice and comfortable.
