The suite was very spacious and clean. A beautiful little balcony that we could enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Staff were very helpful and nice. I would definitely consider this hotel in my future Paris trips

The staff at the front desk went out of their way to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. Anastasia was wonderful. She also spoke to us in English when she realized that we were struggling to communicate in French. The location of the hotel is superb for foreigners seeking to see all of the great things in Paris.

The location was good, close to metro stations and excellent food options close by. The hotel is just beautiful, it has such a lovely vibe. The bathroom and amenities were excellent! The staff were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Accommodating staff and location are excellent. There was a Constraction behind the hotel that was a bit loud, but the hotel compensated by giving complimentary breakfast.

Separate wc without wash basin in junior suite and Some slight construction noise starting early morning but this is temporary and should end soon.

Location, fresh room decor, large room size, lift, room rate offered, metro stop and lots of food options from McDonald’s, Monop , Ikea or top rated restaurants like Le florentine all just 2 minutes walk away.

Great location, 50 meters from metro Madeleine. Still it was quiet in the room. The room was great - stylish combination between the old wooden beams on the ceiling and the modern furniture and technology. Comfortable beds, two types of pillows. Highly recommended for Paris getaway.

I liked everything, but travelling with your partner was tricky given the relatively small size of the room and the sliding bathroom door. Not enough room for intimacy

Maybe the duvet was not made in natural material so it’s kind of too hot

It situated in a great location with metros nearby. The staff were excellent especially the front desk. Angle went out of her way trying to help me to find suitable restaurants and booked for me in a short notice. She booked taxi for me to go to the airport… Anastasia emailed me with all the information I needed know prior to my arrival. It’s been such a pleasure meeting with the staff whom were from all different backgrounds.

Extremely helpful, professional and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My request for a bottle of champagne and some macarons to be waiting in my sister in law’s room to celebrate a special occasion was granted beautifully - and we were also treated to a room upgrade on arrival! The hotel couldn’t be in a more central spot, perfect for a weekend break taking in the many sights of the city. The lovely rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean and comfortable, the shower was fantastic and we really appreciated the extra touches such as the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom and the turn down service. We will 100% return to this hotel on our next trip to Paris and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Best hotel in all of Paris. Best location, best staff, HUGE room with frig. So convenient and comfortable. Right next to metro station. Quiet and clean. Will definitely stay there on all our future trips to Paris. Have found our home away from home.

The buffet breakfast doesn’t have much variety, we went to the cafe next door on the corner for breakfast and that would be my recommendation.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an absolutely fantastic location. We had two rooms travelling with our three daughters. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Flavio who gave us so many tips and hints for our trip. We cannot wait to return!!!
