The staff (all staff) are so welcoming, they made our stay so comfortable. Many thanks to Victor for checking us in and having so much time to talk with us. The complimentary coffee, tea, water available at all times is so good, that it makes sense to stop at the bakery on the corner, pick up the amazing cream cakes, then sit relax and enjoy with a fantastic coffee in the lounge, which also provides a breakfast service. Hotel situated very close to railway station (2 mins) and only 20 mins to walk down to beach front, esplanade and old town. If you prefer, the tram stop is 100yds away. Rooms are spotless, cleaned everyday and beds are so comfy.. No brainier that if back in Nice, then this is place to stay.

Brilliant location and wonderful reception staff. The hotel was 2 minutes from the main train station and within walking distance to all the shops and public transport links. Breakfast was fabulous with a variety of tasty continental options and omelettes cooked to order. There was a refrigerator full of both sparkling and still water which you could help yourself to at no extra charge. You could also help yourself to hot drinks. The reception team were lovely and extremely helpful

The room was great.Highly recommend in order to have a balcony, just when you need a break from walking. It’s about 15 20 minute walk to the old town with regards to restaurants. Breakfast is sufficient and covers everyone’s need.

The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Exceeded my expectations. The petit dejeuner was incroyable. I would return just for the scrambled eggs. The room was gorgeous, top floor with balcony is a dream. Centrally located, one block to the train station. Dining and the trolly goes straight to Promenade d’Anglaise. Lovely job ! I cannot compliment the hotel enough for their amazing staff! Ali was spectacular a 10/10! The other staff members too were amazing. The hotel offers a free coffee and water station, and the breakfast seemed nice (we did not choose the breakfast option).

The location is convenient for the train station. About a 20 minute walk to get to the old town. Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey.

The location was decent but as a single female, it did not feel completely safe to walk around at night.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless! The breakfast area was also very comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I suggest asking the front desk staff for restaurant/activity recommendations! They had a whole list.

The staff are a stand out feature of the hotel. I'd stay at the hotel again just based on them.They are very helpful and friendly. Viktor and a young lady, whose name I don't know, were very helpful and patient with any questions, directions, etc. The location is close to the main train station and near a main urban tram line. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the hotel has a lift which is great if you have baggage.

The rooms are very very small. If you have large luggage and a carry-on with two people in a room, the luggage takes up most of the space.

The location was great! A 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. And most things in the area were not that far of a walk.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions. Complimentary tea, coffee & bottled water in the breakfast room at any time of the day or night, was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and great variety. Room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Wifi worked well. The hotel is a very easy walk to the train station and an easy stroll to the promenade & shopping district. We would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is very well situated - close to the main railway station and about a block from the Avenue Jean Medecin with its tramway and access to other parts of Nice. There are lots of little bakeries, cafes, etc, nearby. The hotel itself is well equipped and clean, however, its most outstanding asset is its staff. They are so friendly, polite and helpful. We will certainly stay here again when we return to Nice.

Our vacation was superb in this hotel. Excellent staff who also gave us recommendations for great restaurants and for places not to be missed. Great location, close to everything, room was spotless with comfortable bed and pillows. Hopefully we will be back soon again!

The service was top. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was spotless clean, my wife loved the shower. We could actually sleep, we didn't get any noise from the street, which was a deal breaker in previous hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was super, lots of options and nicely arranged. They have coffee and water available 24 hours. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Nice.

It took almost a month to unblock money that they blocked as a guarantee on the bank account which was a little bit nervous and uncomfortable. But overall the place is very good.

We lived in a big room with balcony. The room was very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the location next to railway station but in a quiet place. And you can walk to any tourist places, which is convenient.
