Dining room was a little chaotic at certain times.

Liked everything. Went with our son and family, the kids loved the pool and junior disco. Food was good with plenty to choose from. Location was great for beach, 2 min walk.

Only a short stroll to the beach which was great for beach days with the kids... Rooms were lovely... Complex and pools were good for the kids. Lovely little resort, clean with nice shops and restaurants.

Location was a lovely walk from town, the hotel was so clean. Pool facilities were spotless. My little boy loved it here. Playground onsite too. We did have one issue but management resolved it pretty quickly.

The kids' entertainment was in the general bar area, so there were people vaping and smoking around the kids. There should be a designated smoking area for that time.

Kids' entertainment, pool, and location were amazing. Had everything we needed close by. Easy access and easy to go around sightseeing.

The playground was so small it might as well not have been there.

If you have small babies maybe request a room not facing the pool as the entertainment at night goes quiet late 11.30/12 so if you have kids that have earlier bed times etc can be difficult to get them to sleep.

Good Location, excellent for older kids good entertainment etc. Very clean and friendly staff nothing too much hassle. Would recommend very close to beach/shops/restaurants etc.

Within the rooms, there was a constant banging that went off around every half an hour that continued to disturb myself and the babies throughout there sleep. The food was okay but nothing special and limited options. Most staff members did not understand basic English and even trying to order a drink was extremely difficult

It was very close to the beach and restaurants/bars. The pools were very clean as were the rooms. It was nice that you could buy breakfast not being all inclusive.

The location isn't great and it's nearly impossible to get a taxi. About a 40 minute wait. The bus services are good but had I known I would've gone more central salou. There are shops and the beach very close by.

Hotel was lovely, perfect for just myself and daughter. Very family friendly. Pool was nice and not too packed most days. We were half board and the food really was perfect. A different cuisine buffet every evening and lots of variety for the breakfast. There are shows every night for the kids, mostly in Spanish but still fun and a nice atmosphere for families. Room was nice and comfortable.

The entertainment for kids at night time was very Spanish oriented. The kids didn't really know what was happening cause of this. You can also hear a lot from rooms beside and underneath/above you especially in the morning times.

We had a room just on front of the scene, so we was able to sleep only after midnight. We had no possibility to eat at the hotel as the restaurant was full and they had no possibility to upgrade from just room to the all inclusive.

Mini aqua park, personal in reception was always helpful.

Maybe as a suggestion to put more tables with sea view for 4 people instead of 6 people,because we were with 4 and we were not allowed to stay near the window with sea view.

A bit hectic for the all inclusive meals. We were off peak but in the very high season it might be chaotic.

Pool facilities excellent. Close to the beach (La Pineda). A short bus ride to the large resort of Salou.

Breakfast was very busy but to be fair, they do have signs advising quiet & busy time..... which we noticed afterwards!

The room was as crequested pool facing, plenty of storage & comfortable beds. Bathroom included shower gel, body lotion, dental kit, comb, tissues etc. As well as a rain shower.; a nicevtouch when we had come from self carering. Entertainment for young kids in the evening & during the day. Plenty of free sunbeds & umbrellas.
