The iron in the room was pretty poor and caused a mark and burn to an item of clothing.

This place was so nice. Everyone was so helpful. We were welcomed with cava and truffles! The room was impeccably clean and so comfortable. Roof top was very relaxing. Not one thing wasn't perfect!

Some of the breakfast products could be higher quality according this kind of hotel's level (fresh orange juice, stewed ham higher quality, scrambled eggs tasted by poor hotel's level, sausages, etc.). Or missing breakfast a la Carte.

The design of the hotel, the study room at the entrance is amazing. The room is very comfortable as well. and breakfast was great. We had cocktails at the bar they were lovely too. location is also good and walked almost everywhere.

Near perfect stay. I stayed by myself for 5 nights and in the course of my time there I wad so well taken care of by the staff. I got pod poisoning from a hole in the wall restaurant and even sprained my ankle while I was exploring Barcelona but I felt so much better because of the staff at this hotel. Totally recommend

Brilliant stay The hotel is in pristine condition and has all the facilities you can dream off. Very big bedroom and extremely comfortable bed (we even tried to buy the pillows ;-) but it was not possible) The breakfast was stunning and the restaurant offered a varied and delicious menu The staff were attentive and very kind Everything simply perfect We will definitely return next time that we are in Barcelona

due to the current situation in Spain we were not able to use the pool - this is totally understandable but would have been great to get a heads-up upfront. We were however able to use the rooftop terrace/ pool area to chill & relax on the sunbeams
