The beds were shaky and with your every move it made a loud noise.

It was near the metro station. It had a lift, gym, common room and terrace. The staff was super nice and we saw a lot of events happening there but unfortunately we didn't take part in them because we were staying there for a short period of time but they sounded nice!! From the terrace we even could see all of Barcelona!

Friend and i went to hostel for the first time, and we were so pleasently suprised. Stuff were kind and helpful. Space was clean, interior is so inspiring and girly. There were 20 beds in a room, but that was not the problem at all. Bathroom was never crowded, and each bad has its curtains, which allow you some privacy in the room. People respected quiet time. Hostel organized creative group events every afternoon. It is clear that people working here are passionate about what they do and that they genuinely care about this place and people that come. Would recommend this place, and will deffinitley come again.

I absolutely loved my time at Hostelle Barcelona, from the moment I walked in the door (after 11pm) I was greeted with the warmest of smiles and welcomes. The reception team were exceptional! I had GREAT advice on the cheapest, easiest way to get around, the best places to eat, the must-see touristy things, it was just awesome. I loved the huge kitchen, the planned evening activities (if you want to join in), the office space (I had to work!), the free tea and coffee, the gorgeous views from the rooftop and chilling there in the evenings, while someone played guitar from their neighbouring home. I honestly would book again TOMORROW. I loved feeling safe, being able to go downstairs in my pyjamas and chat to the other ladies. Simply the best experience!

The bathrooms were too small. No where to put your things while you shower. No privacy there. The price doubled over night, from 20 euros to 40 euros. That was crazy!

The staff were great) especially Azul. The rooms were clean. Everything nice bright colors. I liked the wine and paint night and tapas and sangria night

My mattress was a bit old, could feel the „pit“. And the metal curtain hooks (or how do you call them?) on the metal holder, oh my, I could hear every person, who would get up or lay down at night…it’s so easy to fix this problem. Bathroom - water leaked out of the shower cabin and the whole bathroom was in water

The shower opens into the communal bathroom space so there’s nowhere to get dressed. Personally I found the “woman-themed” decor to be a bit infantalizing.

I would have liked the location to have been closer to center of Barcelona, but the Metro was just across the street ( 20 minutes) and it is on a main street with lots of restaurants and shops.

I mostly liked the staff. The receptionists and the maintainance gals were very helpful, considerate and friendly. I liked the clean cheery facilities, especially the fully stocked kitchen to store our food and cook our meals. The spacious dining area with coffee and tea was a nice extra. The roof-top area is lovely. The beds are comfortable with privacy curtains and area for luggage and lockers was ample. There is a lift, also.

The password-controlled door slams itself which makes it easy to be waken up at night if someone else is coming in and out.

It’s very close to the metro. The hostel is organized and facilities are easy to use. Each dorm has a password-controlled entry which enhances the security. Each dorm on each floor has their own access to the shared bathroom and it never got too crowded.

I loved everything about this hostel. They even organized special events such as pasta party or coctails night so you had a chance to meet and talk to other girls. I also used gym in the basement and watched Netflix one night. The big plus are LED touch cosmetic mirrors you have in the rooms and basement so you don’t need to wait in the bathroom to put your makeup. Location is not in the center but few steps away from metro Via Julia (15-20min to center).

Bathrooms on floors should be bigger considering the numbers of people using them. The night light of my bed didn't work. Hopefully they will fix it.

Good location, close to the metro and it's a nice area to explore a bit of places outside the city centre. I also liked the kitchen and dining area, and the design of the place. I liked the air-conditioning in rooms as they really had a good ventilation system. Generally this hostel exceeded my expectations.

For the description and pictures you don't expect a room with 20 beds, I got this surprise upon arrival. It is mayhem with 20 women shuffling their bags at midnight, and to keep the place clean with so many people is near to impossible. The ad says terrace, TV and seating area in every room (???) which is not true (there is but only one shared with all rooms). Basically I think information on booking.com should be clearer, but overall a good stay.

The location is good in front of a metro station, there's a good market nearby and the neighbourhood is lively! The hostel is beautiful, well equipped kitchen and Netflix available.
