We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkThe reception was closed, when I arrived 10 PM (22:00). There was a message that the key was in an envelope, but at first glance I could not find it. However after talking to other guests I found the envelope and the code to the night door. This information would be nice to have BEFORE arrival.
The Location is excellent just outside Thisted City and located by the sea (Limfjorden) a stones throw from the hotel. There is free parking with plenty of space. Rooms are pretty big with double bed private bathroom with shower and a small space to sit and work. It´s nice, clean and quiet in the evening and at night. Free WIFI worked well in the room and in at the breakfast buffet.

It was so peaceful and the setting was fantastic if you are looking to get away from it all. Right by the water with awesome views. Saw a wild deer run across the lawn into the shrubbery during breakfast.

DenmarkHad to press reception-buttom twice for help - without result. We had to go into the restaurant to find someone, who after 10 more minuts came out to the reception for giving us our key. Didn't receive any information regarding breakfast hours, and we had to drive to another restaurant for dinner since their seatings in the restaurant was at its maxium.
Excellent suite with a view to Limfjorden, clean and large room with comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. At breakfast we met the first and only staff who saw us with at smile. Plenty of good danish breakfast. Focus on hygiejne due to Covid-19. Free WiFi and parking. Elevator was nive with luggage to the third floor.

BelgiumThe breakfast was quite limited as was the menu for dinner. I don't like fish but out of the 3 dinner choices, 2 were fish and 1 was not available. Starters also contained fish. What really gave me the reason for a "passable" review, is that the people in the room next to me were very noisy the two nights I was staying there. Door was constantly slamming from visitors and they were shouting and making a lot of noise. This can happen, but when I tried to confront hotel staff, they were nowhere to be found, reception was closed off with no way to exit the hotel and my message via Booking.com was unanswered. As I had a 15hour drive the next day, sleep was of the essence. This was really disappointing.
Hotel was clean and plenty parking space available. For the rest, it served breakfast and dinner and had somewhere you could buy drinks. The view was also nice over the bay.

The location was good. The breakfast wasn't replenished, so if we didn't come to breakfast until 9:30 there wasn't a good selection. Good breakfast on our last day when there were more travellers, seemed to have more of a selection then.

In my opinion this hotel has to low rating (6.5). Staff is very helpful and nice, location is just perfect with astonishing view. It takes just to go few meters down to the beautiful beach. Breakfast was perfect, I specially liked honeycombs. Standard room, comfortable bed, everything we needed.

SwedenVery Uncomfortable beds, Creaking floors in the rooms and we could clearly hear the persons in the room above our walking around and talking. The waitress/ receptionist that was working at the point when we checked in could need some training , she was not unfriendly but she was lacking a service mindset to work at a hotel and in a resturant.

DenmarkNearly no staff available. receptionist only present occationally. Another hotel guest lost his room key and could not get access to his room at night (23.00). No receptionist and no nightguard to contact. Due to lack of service I will not recommend this hotel.

GermanyWhat a nightmare! Very old hotel with rotten furniture, old matress and tales falling from the wall in the bathroom! And that for 120€ a night! In the morning the receptionist had to be called from home to get my bill which cost me half an hour. The so called restaurant is more a dining room in a retirement home with only one dish to order! Never again!!!

SpainNo house keeping. I booked a double room and they were the only twins, the reception said they don’t have double rooms. I stayed three nights and no one made the room, when I returned in the evening from work the bed was always unmade. The decor is old and tired they were no shower curtains so the water is all over the floor when you finish your shower. Overall experience it was quite unforgettable
