We did not find the bed very comfortable, alas and did not sleep very well. I would have preferred a firmer pillow. Breakfast arrangements were a little chaotic, but the food was excellent.

The location is very convenient for the station, and conveniently close to the Museum - a major reason for our trip. We eat one evening in the restaurant which was excellent.

The beds were uncomfortable and checking in after reception closed (around 22.00-22.30) was confusing.

The hotel is in the centre of town with a car park behind. So very convenient for exploring the port, shops and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and tastefully designed with everything you could need. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very high quality with good choices. The hotel restaurant was delightful and extremely well designed and comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We got a very small room - an attic room with a pitched ceiling. It was a last-minute reservation and we paid less than others. The larger rooms that I saw were super nice. But even this small room was clean, well decorated, comfortable . Highly recommend

I felt that the sitting area with the TV in the room could have been more comfortable as the chairs were hard backed. A comfy sofa would have been nice.

The breakfast was the high point - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The bed was very comfortable.

No personnel was seen from arrival 1800 to breakfast the next day. Key had ti be fetched from another hotel. Breakfast was too basic for this type of hotel. Staff should refill cutlery and fresh food more often and give more space to buffet cramped in a corner of the restaurant.

Awkward service from the young ladies at the front desk. My room wasn't ready on arrival, despite it being check-in time. I'm used to European hotels being weird about checking in early, but that means they should make sure your room is actually ready when it should be. I'm not sure if they are used to international tourists, and didn't offer much advice on the town.

Spotless, quiet, and affordable room, right across from the Skagen train station. It was an easy walk to the harbor and restaurants, and there was a grocery across the street. A few minutes to the Skagen museum as well. The breakfast was exceptional.
