Location is excellent. Close to the town centre 10 min walk. The view is amazing, especially if you get the balcony room. Breakfast was superb, lot's of delicious variety. Highly recommend.

Our check-in experience was fantastic! We were delighted to find a bottle of wine and water waiting for us in our room, which made our welcome truly special. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with a large garden adding charm.

Slightly smelly toilet when we entered, it was clean, but the room needed the extractor fan on for a bit. A little far from Fussen, the main town. Not really walkable for dinner and back.

The location is great (10 mins away from the train station). Since it was a villa, the architecture is amazing and the interior is very well decorated. The view of the snowy mountains is amazing to get up to. The staff are so nice and helpful. When you get to the room you have a bottle of water and also a bottle of wine in the room for free.

Nothing, all went well.

The hotel is located in a separate facility surrounded by small park, which you can enjoy walking. We were able to pick-up the keys ourselves at the entrance. The hotel located in a walking distance from the city center, there's also a supermarket just around the corner. Our stay included breakfast, which we were enjoying in a separate small restaurant room as we were staying with our dog. The breakfast included all basis staff to be prepared to the active day in the mountains. The room was cozy and clean, with nice shared balcony and a view to the mountains. The location is really quiet. We enjoyed the our stay there.

Limited facilities in the rooms. No kettle or hot water abilities, no iron or temperature regulatory system. Quite overpriced for what is offered, a basic room with no view unless on one side of the building and no breakfast unless additional payment

The location and view was lovely, very close to the town but a little removed for a nice break. The staff were friendly when they were there but a lot of the time it's unmanned. Lovely vibe to the place

is hotel is in an old restorated building, it hat some kind of new painting new restorated smell. it was very quiet, clean and warm in December. der was a Sauna in this place which l didn't have time to use it. it's about 10 to 12 minutes walk to get to city center.

They market it as a Villa and luxury stay and it’s the opposite. Bathroom was not clean, hairdryer hanging from a screw in the wall, no mini fridge, barely any surface where to put things on, pillow very shallow and uncomfortable. Essentially a paint job over an old hotel but falling short everywhere.

The hotel advertises a wellness centre, but in fact it’s just a sauna. Moreover, the sauna is switched off by default and switched off completely at 4pm. Check-in is at 3pm, so you have an hour to use the sauna (once it has warmed up). Staff leave at 4pm and no-one is on duty to help if you have a problem or questions. At 6pm, we messaged the mobile number provided, but got no reply. In the morning, the receptionist admitted she had seen our message the night before and had not replied. The hotel advertises TV and free internet in the rooms, but both went down when we stayed. Again, you can’t contact any staff at all after 4pm, so our plans to relax in the sauna and then in the room with a TV movie were ruined. Furthermore, there is no way to make hot water for a cup of tea, no kettle, and no vending machine even. So after 4pm, it’s just a bed & shower. In the morning, we discussed our disappointment with the receptionist who first argued with us that most people stay longer so can use the sauna in the morning . Then said it wasn’t her job to sort out problems and gave us the owner’s email address. We have emailed the owner but had no reply.

It was clean and has a good size car park. The interior décor is nice.
