The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep in and it would have been nice to have a chair in the room.

I did not expect that the room would not have a wardrobe. The table is also very tiny. A chair with a backrest would be really helpful. Not the best set up for someone travelling for business.

The person who checked me in was miserable and not welcoming when you arrive late after travelling a long time. There is no kettle in the room so if you want to make a hot drink you have to dress and go downstairs to ask for hot water.

Comfortable and quiet. The team were generally friendly and helpful. One person was particularly helpful and kind which would make me consider staying there again and made the checkout easy.

There was no storage space like a cupboard or shelves to keep the luggage and clothes. The air conditioner was a little bit noisier at night.

Staff's attitude. Some of the staff working in the reception desk had a very ironic attitude and they were not helpful at all. We stayed there for two weeks, and they would not even greet us back while leaving the hotel premises although they were looking at us. I have never seen anyone working at a reception desk not greeting back hotel guests.

I really enjoyed the interior design of the hotel and the work space on the ground floor. The room was very quiet and the cleaning services were exceptional.

The rooms did not have garbage cans, chairs, or a wardrobe for clothes. This meant living out of a suitcase for the duration of our stay.

It was clean and well decorated; bathrooms were updated. I liked the security feature of using a card to activate the elevator. The breakfast options were good.

We love the location (few steps from the tram), we love the vibe, we love the space and the decor, we love the all the friendly staff (but especially Novita). We have a great stay at MOXY and dont hesitate to come back when we can. Thank you!

Rooms are basic. There is nowhere to unpack a suitcase - no wardrobe, limited hanging space on the walls, no water, kettle or other refreshments in the room. The room was clean and bathroom modern but the mattress was overly soft - felt like a million people had slept on it previously which is not something that you want for a good night's sleep 🙁

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely bar area for chilling out. Good location with the no.11 tram just outside.

On Friday night very noisy, even well after midnight, because of a « party » at the reception. There was no « do not disturb » in the room, so room service came everyday. Nonsensical placement of gym with open windows for everyone to see.

The shower door opens inward in such a way that, in order to get inside and close the door, you have to wedge yourself into the corner and scrape the door past your body. That was inconvenient and will be an accessibility issue for some, but it's also my only complaint. Don't expect to do any office work in your room; the desk is too small. But the downstairs lobby usually has ample space.

I wasn't a fan of forks to select your food tongs would be much better. The bed was fine but more pillows would have made it more comfortable.

The welcome on the TV is a lovely touch. The lighting set up is amazing especially under the bed as you get in and out. Breakfast had a lovely mix of food.
