The sliding door that either closes the toilet or shower. After showering the floor in the toilet gets wet because the water keeps dripping from the door.

There was no instruction for internet connection and no phone to contact reception on. TV had loads of information but it lacked the access to internet. The TV connection was also very poor.

Apart from everything being nice, it is very interesting that the people working at the reception are running around serving breakfast in the morning and warming up bread while checking people in. The management definitely needs to address this issue and hire more staff. Also, there is no bathroom door in the rooms which is a huge minus for me.

Extremely clean and spotless rooms. Very new building with pleasant interiors. Friendly staff and helpful. 10 minutes walk to the metro which will take you straight to the city center.

The location is not attractive - only office buildings and new residential housing in the vicinity. It is quite far from the center, approx. 5 km, or you may need to use a taxi. Shower towels very small - child size. There is no fridge. There is no place to store luggage. Badly marked main entrance, which is from the quieter part of the hotel to the resident houses. The entrance where taxis and alternative services arrive is off the busy faster road. From the main road of the room, if someone likes to have an open window, then noise until late at night, as it is almost an expressway approx. 80/h. There are no glasses in the bathroom, nor the room A poorly designed retractable glass door, as the groove is not in the rail, so water flows outside the shower. A tea kettle is missing, but it can probably be solved at the reception on the ground floor, perhaps for reasons of forgetting to turn on the kettle. No lockers for sightseeing travelers. The room size could be about 1m wider, especially for 2 single beds. The shower, somewhat oddly controllable and not very tight If the beds are separated, there is a narrow metal shelf under the light that can be bumped into It's not safe

New hotel Very pleasant hotel service persons, at the reception and at breakfast A relatively favorable price, even though there are many hotels in the center at similar prices at the date of stay low season. Large approx. 50" LED TV, but occasional satellite TV signal outages. Long responses to switching programs from the TV The tilt of the TV could be a little adjustable, the TV is relatively high. A good bed with a bed + thinner mattress, but overall just hardness. Very good room darkening curtains for sleeping I think if make some improvement writted down there in negative part, can be very good hotel, especially in high season, where all hotels prices are go up. Wifi acceptable 9,5/4,5 Mbit for free or after registration some update speed.

It was written in the room that tap water is good to drink but there were no glasses… Chromecast did’t work. We couldn’t connect it from any of our devices. Though, it worked when the receptionist tried to join.

Missing a gym and a restaurant in the hotel. Also missing a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The combined sliding door for both toilet and shower is not overly practical.

Internet was down for more than 12 hours on the first day. We could not get our room cards, and the front desk staff had to swipe open our rooms manually. The internet was only restored on the second day. Very close to a small supermarket.

Asked for a later check out (11:00 is normal check out, we wanted to check out at 12:00) it would cost us €30 for one extra hour. From all my stays in hotels, I have never been asked this amount..
