The location is good. It is close to a shopping mall, grocery store & public transport. The staff is very friendly & the rooms were clean. Some amenities are provided. Overall it was a good stay.

The bathroom could use an update. Breakfast was good. We were very tired from 2 days traveling. Staff wouldn't let me sit outside in the bar lounge chairs to have a cigarette without buying a drink.

There was only one thing not to like: the balcony! Here is this beautiful apartment in a prime location with a balcony. But the balcony was off limits due to its having structural problems.

The staff - unpleasant staff on reception. i called 3 times from my room to reception and noone answered. About the room: the hair dryer is installed in the bathroom so I could not use it in the places where the electricity exists (for example on the first floor). The hairdryer is not powerful, in IBIS Lviv the hairdryers are really nice and powerful. when I asked the staff about the approximate schedule of electricity turning off, the staff answered that there is NO any schedule and all questions should be directed to the Major of the city. than I walked to the Mcdonalds nearby and the staff of McDonald's informed me in a pleasant way about the approximate schedule, but sometimes it changes. So it exists!!!! It will be perfect if the hotel has earplugs: Sometimes its. too noisy to sleep when the generators work. This is the new reality and the small staff like earplugs will decide this problem. I would recommend to install at least one small autonomous source of light (that works at least for 0,5-1 hour).
