I had a wonderful stay at City Hostel Panorama! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The well equiped kitchen made cooking easy. The location was really good, close to the city center and most of the sights are within walking distance. Overall, an 10/10 experience! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and affordable place to stay.

The hotel is located in the quiet area 7 minutes of walking to the city center (through beautiful streets and buildings). The room looks like in the most boutique hotels - nice, comfortable, not large, but you have everything you need. You feel care. Staff is friendly and happy to help. My room was with a balcony with the amazing view on an old church - it was a separate pleasure.

Bathroom is in terrifying condition. The ceiling is half broken and resting on the shower door, you could see the pipes above; the second shower door is missing (so it does not close); and cherry on top - the bathroom door closes so hard there is no way of opening it without force. When I say "force", I mean literally slamming my ENTIRE BODY AT FULL SPEED at the door. First time I closed it, I thought I'm going to stay there. Cause I really could not open it for like 10 minutes. Second time I closed it, I knew what to do, but it still took me around 10m of pushing. Idk why, there is some kind of resin on the door that makes it stuck, I have no idea. I have not used the locks at any point on that door, the issue was just that the door felt glued. Third time I (accidentally!) closed it, I felt like crying. But I did the whole slamming thing again, hurting myself in the process (but thankfully not the door), and it did open in the end. With a great force applied. Then I just never closed that door for the duration of my stay. No instructions how to get keys were sent by host at any point. I had to call, then wait for the host to arrive and give me the keys. It was a very confusing experiense, and did not feel welcoming at any rate. Some cobwebs in the corners, a little worn walls, but after the bathroom experience I just didn't care.
