Such a clean, calming, almost spa-like experience! The aesthetic was spot on. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We literally woke to the smell of butter/ baked goods. The breakfast was excellent — try the yogurt with honey, really the best I’ve ever had. Terrific location, out of the most touristy area so it was pretty quiet but incredibly accessible to sites if you just walk a couple of blocks.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms were bright and airy, equipped with everything we needed including air conditioning, a private balcony, TV, mini-fridge and private bathroom with a refreshing shower. Staying at Francisco was an absolute delight! It felt like home away from home, and I can't wait to return!

What a wonderful vacation was that! The super spotless hotel boasted an impressive array of amenities to fulfil our needs. From a well-equipped fitness room to many refreshing swimming pools, there was something for everyone. The variety of amenities ensured that all we had plenty of options to unwind and enjoy their stay.

The only good part was the location and the elevator came all the way down to the 0 floor so we could easily carry our stroller and baggages to the apartment.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, the mattress was horrible, you could hear planes, ships, different kinds of vehicles all night as the windows were not properly isolated.

We got the best time at The Pinnacle. Location is really convenient. Dorothea at the rooftop restaurant is the sweetest person in Athens.

Both woke up with backaches but just might be a personal choice of mattresses. Tv remote was a little difficult to operate.

A bit outdated, but I suppose they’re aiming to maintain a specific style, not sure though. No easy way to bring the luggage inside, you’ll have to lift it. It’s okay for me, but it might prove challenging for others.
