Positive section of review
The location of the hotel was excellent as it is near to the Central Railway Station, Karlsplatz and Marienplatz, the main shopping area. The meeting points we booked for the local tours had their meeting points near this hotel too. The reception staff are very friendly and although the room had no kettle, we were offered a kettle for a small fee down payment and cups for the duration of our stay which was well received.

The staff, although not all of them fluent or the best at english, were all super helpsome, friendly and professional, the owner spoke fluent english, makes a great scrambled eggs with ham in it! it's right near a bus stop, both towards the airport, but also easy transport to the city with one change! I can whole heartedly recommend you to stay at this place!

People were all kind and friendly, room was very new and clean, breakfast was great, location can't be better... we just want to come back!! (and the water pressure of the shower was the best I've experienced in Europe. Lol... if there is anyone who cares about it!)

Spacious and comfy rooms. Location was very good.

Breakfast was absolutely packed, it took a long time to be sat at your table and once in the restaurant there were not enough staff, for example orange juice was served by waiters who where overwhelmed and took a while to get anything. Not blaming the staff at all, they did their best, simply it wasn’t well planned or organized. For a 35€ per day breakfast we expected much more.
