The management at the property is amazing. Everyone is very kind and diligent about their work. Jenny has amazing English and will make sure you’re taken care of with whatever you need. It was very difficult for me to be in China for the first time and get around without knowing Chinese, but Jenny made it very easy. She will help you plan what you want to do for the day, give you suggestions, and more. The amenities are also very nice. The hotel is right next to the river and it has beautiful views. Breakfast is provided and it’s very good. Overall everything is very nice and kept well.

It is always a pleasure to enjoy the short distance to the Terminal 1 & 2 of Pudong Intl. Airport especially if you have an early flight the next day. Nice rooms and supporting staff, a tasty restaurant and hotel owned convenience store making your stay easy and convenient. Only 5 minutes to Terminal 1 and 12 minutes to terminal 2

The shuttle bus stop at the Terminal 1 is very inconvenient especially the shuttle bus stops not directly there where the sign is. The WIFI is pretty low especially if you an international business traveler and you need your company owned IT systems for doing your job. This has probably nothing to do with the hotel but it is really depressing if you have to perform your work.

The location is very good. In the middle of the town. Five mins walk to the walking street east nanjing road. The owner of the room is even better, superb! Very helpful and responsive. Helped us find luggage storage store and order food delivery and everything we asked for. Would come back to this place again next time.
