Movies on demand was 30 .00$ the same move at home on demand is 25.00 and the tv movies was not that great. Honestly I think if you paying for suits yo could at least get a bottle of wine or a free movie or breakfast. No incentive for returning clients.

Room was very good, the Ukrainian bartender was very polite. Supper was good , just a little expensive. We been staying every time we came to Calgary, unfortunately, we don’t always get the room we want.

The restaurant here leaves a lot to be desired, watered down drinks, and bland food. Not what i would of expected from this hotel, save yourself the disappointment and order in.

Location to extended family is good. Hotel always clean. Beds are very comfortable. A good night sleep is one of the most important aspects of a good hotel. Staff courteous and efficient.

I wish that the suite supplies would get scaled up with the number of guests staying in a suite. Coffee for example, would be nice to have enough coffee supplies in the suite to have at least a couple cups each per guest. I guess the quality of the coffee can be improved too, but i understand the need to keep costs down. Rinse repeat for towels, hand towels, face cloths, etc. Not a big deal since the staff were extremely accomodating in immediately providing the extra supplies we asked for.

I like the amenities, the pool/gym. Breakfast was really basic in options, but done well and consistent.

Overall, the room cleanliness is average, but there seems to be confusion in the accounting management. Upon reviewing the bill later, we found an extra charge of $50, and two identical room charges were deducted, with one requiring automatic removal after a month. When I called the hotel about the extra $50, I couldn't get it resolved. Later, I obtained a refund through the booking.com website.

The hotel provides free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for us as we are transiting through the airport. Since the hotel's breakfast is not included, we opted not to have it, and we didn't use their facilities such as the pool. If you're just looking for a transit hotel in Calgary, it offers good value for the money.

I'm very disappointed.. I was asking a few days ago two beds, but I got king size bed. I and my daughter shared bed with my cousin. That's revulsion ( extremely unpleasant) Overall we are Christian couldn't share one bed. When I booked like a family I, my husband and our daughter. When my husband couldn't get a permission, I invited my cousin which is after I requested two beds instead of king size bed. Another thing all hotels have two water bottle, We got one bottle and it wasn't sealed So, I wasn't happy that I used to at all. Each year we celebrating our holidays in Hotel. I'm dejected this time🤕
