We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReception staff were distant and I personally didn't feel welcome in the place. Aircon and fan were old and very noisy, I found it difficult to sleep. TV wasn't working properly. Lots of insects, mosquitoes and little flies in the room, as well as a cockroach.

NetherlandsThe only point that would need improvement is related to music in the hotel. It was difficult to relax in the common areas of the hotel in some moments because there was always music on. Music is nice, but its also good to have some more quiet moments.
The breakfast is good, the hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly, location is also good, close to the center and the Itagua beach. Easy access to other beaches (by car).

The breakfast was amazing especially the sausage, the coffee, the banana cake, the fruit, the eggs, all the cakes, the staff were very friendly and nice, the pool was lovely, the rooms very nice and clean, the juice also very good at breakfast, they have a bar and a massage center that we didn't use but if we stayed longer we would have, next time we go back to Ubatuba we will stay here again. The owner speaks English and would like to practice so don't be hesitant to say hello I speak English.
