IrelandSome snob guests. Feel free to explore other options. Don't feel trapped in booking everything with the hotel even if they say that you will be at a disadvantage. Rooms can be improved. Double check first if there is any side walk work being done. It was a horrible experience to have breakfast in the middle of the dust and noise.
Staff was definitely a differential. Special compliments to Felipe. Decent breakfast! Amazing sunset view and good atmosphere at the swimming pool area. Staff treated the animals well.

BelgiumThe locatation is close to the entrance to the beach from the Rua Principal. At night there's a lot of noice at this entrance, disturbing somewhat.
Location is great. On the beach and close to all resto's, bars, shops .... Fantastic sunset every day.

Italywhile the dinner setting is very beautiful on sea front with live music etc, the food is somewhat bland and unimpressive.
Beautiful boutique hotel in best location in Jeri. Recommend booking the upstairs rooms, with better view and a lot more private (and in some cases private jacuzzi).

United States of AmericaThe location is great, at the center of the everything but still they were able to provide with you an intimate and relaxing environment to enjoy a relaxing vacation. staff was great, every each and one of them were very welcoming and accommodating, even though the language barrier. we also stayed during the new year and they had a new year dinner with live music and the food was amazing with a large buffet variety.

NetherlandsWhat we did not like is that we had to go at the end of our vacation. We'd love to stay longer! We have no negative points for this wonderful place with friendly staff!
What is not to like? The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea while having a delicious breakfast. The staff is very friendly, especially Inácio, and helpful. They even made a special dinner, not on the menu, for me when I felt a bit ill. We will definitely go back to Casa na Praia when we return to Jericoacoara!

PortugalYou can not access the beach because there is a tall wall of stones. Actually there is not a way to leave the hotel but to use the next door property, on a very odd path. Not safe at all. On my first night we could not sleep because of a loud noise. The reception was very nice and move us to another bedroom. After a couple of days we have decided to move to a diferent hotel although we have paid for the all stay here. The staff was very nice and kind but the hotel is very disappointing.

ItalyI didn’t like the room, which was quite small and “dark” considering how much I paid. The staff at the reception wasn’t always available to support, first because of a language barriere (they didn’t speak a single word of English) and then probably because there weren’t interested to provide a good customer experience

Israelin the middle of the night the electricity stopped working. we woke up from the heat with nothing to do. when I went to speak about it to the staff member, the didn’t really do anything about it except from apologise. when you have a full night with no electricity you expect some kind of discount. when we told them we had a terrible night they didn’t really care to much.

ArgentinaIt’s rate like a 5 stars hotel but it isn’t. We payed 600 dollars the night for and old, small, dark and dirty room 5 meters from the check in area. We slept one night and we left asking for the money of the following 3 nights back but they didn’t and they sold the room twice.

BrazilThey name themselves as Boutique Hotel however the best room of the hotel is full of flies (green and big, usually found on poop). They say they are Pet Friendly but they charged my 100 BRL for a Chiuaua 2kg! They offer coffee machine in the room but they charge for coffee and don’t tell us. The Massage Service was late both days I’ve requested. Does not worth the price at all.
